Not pleasent

Rudest Staff EVER!!! 🤬

There was nothing to like. This place was horrible. I will never go back. The room was falling apart. The mattress was so warm it bowed in the middle so you are trapped in the middle of the bed. And there was no cushion left to it. Our backs are horrible right now.

The staff were very rude and aggressive. They were doing work in the room next to us until 10 pm. We had a service dog with us and they argued saying that dogs weren't allowed. My husband showed him the service papers. I also tried showing him the email correspondents from when booking the room that I had notified them we would have her with us and he refused to look at it. He just harassed us whenever he saw us every time I asked to speak to the manager he was conveniently not there. When we went to check out they did a walk through and said because there was dog hair on the ground they were keeping our $150 deposit for damage. I offered to sweep it out, but they refused. There was lots of arguing then all of a sudden the manager appeared from the back room, defense and defending his employee, once again saying no dogs are allowed he didn't care then refused to tell me the employees name or give me a receipt. So I had to get the police involved. I finally got a name, receipt and my deposit back. It was the worst experience. I am so upset over it.

The room did not compare to the website photos. When I booked this room it said free breakfast. When checking in we where told they don't offer breakfast anymore.

I'm looking forward to coming back next year for the 4th of July.

I liked the location. It was near the baseball fields where I played.

Very disappointed.

Sheets and towels were clean. Unfortunately there is not much more I can say here.

The room was in poor repair - holes in walls and bathroom door, toilet seat loose, no hot water in the morning, furniture old and heavily scratched, no pool, needs painting/scratches and marks all over, looks like black mold around the tub, caulk missing, liner in tub glued into base, raw nails exposed where baseboard was missing, extra unused furniture stored backwards under sink, phone not working, no extra blankets, heater unit had raw sheetrock around the entire edge, very minimal towels supplied/not even two washcloths or hand towels, old faded sign taped on wall next to TV with extensive "troubleshooting" directions, sign on toilet said "FLASH ONCE... NO HARD MATERIAL" (not sure what this means, but odd), refrigerator temp froze everything we had in there/drinks actually busted open.

We called the office more than one time because the people from the upstairs room were very noisy during the night time. Wasn’t able to get enough sleep due to the yelling & all the stumping from the upstairs room. The people from the office didn’t answer right away nor did they do much about the noise from the top rooms.

It was good I enjoy the stay.

What I didn't like was that the house keeper interfering my privacy and it was very rude.of her Also it was too hot for the room because of the air conditioner was high on full blast and I passed out.. They should at least turn down the air conditioner so they can easily breathe well.

Staff wasn't friendly, the ceiling sounds like its going to cave in at any second, thin walls, lots of noise, door to outside was cracked/broken, water didn't come out of shower, broken pipes in walls so couldn't shower most of the time, sink faucet didn't turn off, beds were hard as rock etc..

Location was good

The bed was so bouncy I was afraid to move for fear of bouncing off. The pillows were horrible. There was a stain on the sheets so requested new and got 1 sheet. There was long hair on the toilet when we first entered the room, There was also hair on the towels. The shower sounded like it was going to burst through the walls so we had to be crafty with the tub spout...also the ac leaked in the room so there was a huge puddle of water. The maid left our curtains open when they cleaned...not to mention they also left their cleaning supplies in our room so not sure how they cleaned the other rooms! The lobby was totally shut and had to do things through a tiny window while the people were on their recliners in their socks and underwear playing video games in the background. I wish I had pictures to share but I didn't take any. I would not recommend!

Dont stay here - especially if you are a woman travelling alone or as head of household.

Staff were appallingly rude - i got the impression this was because i am a woman. Room was clean-ish but paper was peeling under the window, carpet was torn. Not very impressive.

Parking lot lights are bright and looks safe. Location is great. Microwave (French) and refrigirator are working.

Extremely dirty. Left over foods from previous guest left inside the microwave. Drinking cups were gross dirty with stains very unsafe to use I ended up cutting cola cans to use as drinking cup. Sink was clogged. Room looks unsafe and dirty. TV is so small nothing exciting to watch. Employees hiding behind the office. Ice is not free! Never coming back! I was itching after checking out!

Room was so dirty! Dirty sock on my pillow. Dust everywhere for a longtime, because it was sticky. Grey " dustlines" on tv, the carpet, the lights near the beds. Toothpaste in and around the sink. Microwave dirty inside.....
