It was fine. Not great, but it sufficed.

Beds were very comfortable. TV and all the available streaming services for movies and specials were great. View of the bay, walking distance to main street. Quiet.

Not enough towels. 3 pillows per bed, should have been 4. Front desk asked if we wanted to have housekeeping during our stay....? Floors were sticky - as if soap residue was on the tile floor. Seemed like it needed to be rinsed, not comfortable in bare feet.

Rude staff, smelly room, very disappointed.

The room was smelly, the shower door wouldn’t stay closed, it took 15 minutes to get hot water, staff was very rude and not accommodating at all.

Terrible half renovated ripoff charges 45.00 pet fee upon arrival

Nothing. I had a dog and they charged me 45usd for 1 night not shown when booking. The room looked half renovated and staff unhelpful.

It was okay

The bed and the charging station.

The bathroom was old and dingy and there were rust stains. The window was dirty and the toilet tilted to one side when you sat on it.

The photos online make it look nice but it wasn’t what I expected. The room smelled like poop.

The staff was nice. The area was quiet. And it was a place to lay our heads for the night.

The room smelled like poop for our entire stay. We opened the windows and the room still smelled the next morning. The bed wasn’t comfortable, but luckily we were tired and slept well. You could hear other people in the building.

parking if you have a good car there is no place to park plus only had one handicap spot and there was one car that was parked there for three days without even moving so I made hard for anybody else who needed it

I was very impressed exspecially for the price we paid.

The shower was great. Just need to put a lamp between the beds and more outlets. Beds were very comfortable Room was very clean and bathroom very clean

An affordable, Clean and comfortable stay!

I loved everything from the staff to how the rooms were set up. Loved the bathroom/shower and the big windows! The beds were super comfortable and the room was very spacious!

There's nothing I didn't like, I will be staying here again!

Great stay for one-night - met expectations.

Inn by the Bay is ideally located and in a great neighborhood. I loved the TV service! Not only were we offered cable TV but also several streaming services as well. Made the stay much more personalized and comfortable.

The floors could have been cleaner, in particular the bathroom. I felt that there were corners in the bathroom that hadn't been properly cleaned in a while (dust and dirt in nooks around the trash can and toilet).

Good location and very clean.

The location was great. Nice to be on Munras Ave.which was central to places we visited.

I know this sounds trivial, but only one desk chair was in the room and we were two people........Another chair would have been nice.

the location was great and the staff was friendly but found it very uncomfortable and noisy.

I liked the location

the bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. also the walls seemed to be very think we could hear everything next door and from upstairs and also talking coming from outside found it hard to sleep with all the noise and uncomfortable bed unfortunately would not be staying here again.

Good, clean last minute value, but understaffed.

Room was spotless. Price was right.

The cleaning solution used on the room was very pungent. I had to air out the room for a couple hours on a chilly day before it wasn't an issue. I suggest they use a different cleaning solution, perhaps Simple Green, which is non toxic. Also, I left a Playmate cooler which I've owned for a good 40 years and when I asked the clerk at the office if he could package it up and send it to me -- at my cost -- he stated he could not "leave the office" and send anything. I'm deciding whether to just wrote it off as a loss or ask for a higher authority at the hotel to deal with it.

friendly staff, room was clean and roomy, coffee provided, not too far from the wharf and Cannery Row.

What breakfast? The place was extremely quiet. You didn’t hear neighbors or traffic. Easy access to everything.

It had a sliding door so we could get some air

Clean an ac or something to help w the humidity in the room we were over a pile of garbage none of the tables were sturdy Was 430 for a tiny room w mediocre cleanliness weird smell humid room no good viable air conditioning

This was our last stop on a two-week trip and we were very happy will stay again

There was no breakfast, but this was such a beautiful property. This is a beautiful hotel with a very comfortable bed, and great television channels!
