A very pleasant stay!

The property was in a super safe area. The receptionists were super friendly. There were free cookies & water upon arrival and the coffee was great

Would definitely stay again.

The room was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was the usual fare. Plenty of free parking. Easy access to travel routes. Not too far from downtown if you have a car or use public transportation. Pet friendly.

Only had decaf coffee for in room coffee makers.

The stay was great except for the previously mentioned issue with paying for the room twice.

Breakfast was excellent, the hotel was very nice ,clean and comfortable.

The mix up that occured when I checked in since I had already paid on line and the was charged again apon arrival by the desk clerk was a real pain to resolve even tho the clerk noticed right away and informed me of the error within 5 min. Yet neither you or the hotel was willing to refund and both charges posted to my account. I finally turned the matter over to my credit card company for them to resolve it .

Not service dog friendly

The facility was clean and they had a great breakfast.

Staff was rude, they charged us for 2 dogs, we had one and she is a service dog. So no charges should have happened. Then when I called to address the two $75 charges they accused us of having a second dog. It has now been 5 days since we checked out and still the problem has not been resolved. The staff was not helpful, when my husband called they told him a completely different excuse for the charge. Very disappointing. We chose this nicer hotel so we wouldn't have issues. Biggest headache ever!

DIRTY!!!!

I walked into the hotel and it has a smell. I went into my pet friendly room and there was dog hair all over both my queen beds. When I went to use the phone it had dirt all around the keys. INSTANTLY went to the front desk and requested a refund. Nastiest Hampton I have ever been to.

tea/coffee 24/7; water bottles; jacuzzi; great staff.

pool was too cold as for me and I was expecting better breakfast: I had a feeling that ladies were not hurrying to replenish the items and hold off, I had to ask twice for fruit.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable

At 3 am there was a guy with bright construction vest talking very loud at the lobby with the lady at front desk and he woke me up. He was not a guest. I could hear the conversation from my bedroom. I had to tell the guy from the balcony at the lobby he was too loud. I could not go back to sleep until after 5 am. Some seats and fury at the lobby show wear. They need to be replaced.

we stayed an extra night because of the weather in Salt Lake City. The hotel was very helpful and accommodating.

We ended up staying two night at this hotel because of weather and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast choices were good and there were several areas to sit and eat or drink coffee. The room was comfortable.

The location was a little out of the way.
