No sleep

The location.

The air conditioner was so noisy, that I wasn't able to sleep at all. I've never experienced this at a Tru By Hilton hotel before.

Facilities were clean, but the room had issues the night. We stayed with a loud banging fan.

The hotel was pretty clean and offered shampoo and conditioner and most hygiene products.

We stayed on a windy night and the vent in the bathroom loudly every 3 to 5 seconds. Very sleepless night! Also was sad to see there is no coffee pots in the room.

Convenient for business with good breakfast.

Location is close to the airport, so it is convenient for business. The place is very quiet. Breakfast is good.

Not close to any attractions of SLC, it's more for business travel.

Great location, clean rooms and nice amenities.

Ease of access from the airport, very clean room, free shuttle to the airport, free coffee, games area is a nice touch.

One of the elevators shakes quite a bit and feels poorly kept, breakfast offering was subpar (pancake machine that is marketed wasn’t working, oatmeal was super thick, no orange juice in machine)

On m'a rapidement changé de chambre, le climatiseur/chauffage faisait un bruit intenable

le déjeuner était peu varié, machine à pancake ne fonctionnait pas et pas de jus d'orange non plus. Mon climatiseur/chauffage faisait un bruit intenable. Le fonctionnement de la télé est vraiment trop compliqué, pas capable de voir la liste de postes d'un seul bouton.

hôtel très pratique sauf la navette aéroport/hôtel

l’emplacement proche aéroport et la propreté

pas de navette pour aller de l’aéroport à l’hôtel sans réserver à l’avance. sauf que j’avais envoyé plusieurs mails restes sans réponse. ils demandent d’appeler en arrivant à l’aéroport mais sans réseau c est compliqué. bref on a dû payer 32 dollars de taxi (frais forfaitaire) pour 3 miles. petit déjeuner passable. en revanche pour aller de l hôtel à l aéroport pas de soucis il faut réserver à l accueil.

Friendly staff, budget friendly and very clean.

Staff was super. Friendly and nice and also knowledgeable

Room felt sterile and not comfy. I had a hard time sleeping and there was no chair or anything to get up and sit in. There was a chair but much like an office chair, not a relaxing chair.

Basic no thrill airport stop hotel

Rooms are functional and well conceived. Fun no thrill decor. Nice size TV

Wi-Fi was down and we were not alerted at check-in. That was a major hurdle as we needed it for work. Asked for a discount for the inconvenience. Were offered points by the evening staff who was supposed to leave a note for the morning staff. At check-out, we had to discuss again with nothing resolved by the time we had to leave.

Nice place near the airport

Staff was nice and helpful when we checked in and with shuttle and at breakfast. Both shuttles driver we got were nice Nice breakfast if you like pancakes before heading to the airport. Pool table in the lobby!
