部屋でゆっくり出来た。

無料の朝食が、種類は少ないけど観光に行く前に軽く食べるにはちょうど良かった。近くにWalmartがあり、必要な物を調達するのに便利。フロントでボトルのお水を無料でもらえた。

冷蔵庫はあったけど、冷凍庫がなかった。

The walls are paper thin, there were kids running and yelling in the hallway after 10pm and at 3am.

Your complimentary breakfast was one of the better breakfasts I had enjoyed during my trip. The front desk was helpful and friendly. Parking lot was acceptable.

It was one of the most expensive motels i encountered during my week long trip, room was cold, not very clean and there was hair in the bathroom sink and tub when we arrived and it was not our hair either. Curtains need replacing. lobby is still under construction as walls are not finished, no indication on website that motel was still being updated.

The hotel is ok, but the cost was $250.00 per night for a rundown and noisy older hotel.

Room was nice, clean. Pool area is simple, basic and tidy but the picnic table / seating is run down with mismatched furnishings. Nothing pretty about it.

I was main floor, guest parking was outside my window and very noisy in the morning when people were leaving. I can’t count how many doors slammed shut in the mornings. They doors need to be adjusted so they close softer and there needs to be soft door stops or weather stripping between the metal door and it’s frame. You can literally see corridor lights through the spaces. Loud voices and footstep sounds in the corridor, especially in the morning. The restaurant desperately needs an aesthetic upgrade, including the main exterior entrance off the parking lot!

Nice room with pleasant staff and good food

Pleasant staff, nice room, well equipped. Good evening meal in the restaurant/bar. Good continental breakfast which included some hot food, in a small separate dining room. Good value for money.

Didn’t have the breakfast

Had arrived early for check in and the front desk attendant ( a young man) was very unapproachable in regards to checkin times and we had a young toddler with us. He said to come back at 4 pm. We had to walk around with a young child for over an hour in a stroller. It had started to rain at this point. He didn’t offer any other resolution for us and quite frankly was very rude. The young lady that came on shift at 3:30 was very kind and helpful. She checked us in right away.

Fantastic.

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Our room was the the only one with the jacuzzi tub inside the room itself, anywhere near the price i paid. So that value was outstanding

Not sure if its the actual hotels fault, but the restaurant inside the hotel was just absolute nonsense. The calamari was chewy, and i received fried pickles (i hate pickles so much lol) instead of the chicken fingers i ordered. So those 2 items plus the 1/2 order of Cesar salad (which was good thankfully) was $65 which stung a little. To be fair, they did let ua take the food to the room, and we were in there 20 minutes before closing so i was unable to return the food to give them a chance to make it right, but in the same breeath it should be right the first time. Other than that minor hiccup everything was wonderful.

As for me, it’s a perfect stop on the way between Hornby Island and Victoria. The location is convenient that many shops

Pleasant

Staff front desk guy was very pleasant to deal with. The food in the pub was good, and the bartender was great fun for my daughter and myself.

We had 2 kleenex in a box and open toilet paper when it was out there was no more. When we asked was told room was locked and nothing could be done. . This was a problem I we used wipes from my truck after you eat a treat or something. We decided to leave early and cut out one night. This is normal thing why isn't there any way to deal. Sub contracted is not an excuse.
