my stay was okay I will not stay again because I'm sure it will be more pleasant elsewhere.

the breakfast buffet was good the bathroom was clean the gentlemen at the bar around 5:30 pm on the 23rd who I placed my food order with and who's name I did not catch was very courteous friendly and knowledgeable thank you to him!! I did feel safe in the Hilton so thank you for that as well.

the breakfast buffet was a little pricey for what it was the first floor carpet leading the hallway to the pool had a very distinct smell the bed side lamp had no outlet the top blanket had a large stain most employes walk by and don't speak I have spent the same and less and gotten much better/more.

The worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at.

Lobby and restaurant looked great.

Rooms still stuck in the 2000s with no USB ports, broken lamp shades (mismatched), and a broken TV remote where the batteries would not stay in.

Will not stay again.

Location was central to explore Raleigh.

Blood stains on the head board, leaking sink in the bathroom. We had to buy an air freshener the room smelled to bad upon arrival. Housekeeping knocked on our door 3 times between 8-9:30 asking if we had checked out, disrupting our rest.

Hot ac didn't cool enough for me

Hotel is dirty with roaches everywhere and needs major updating.

Expo I attended was at hotel.

The hotel is in need of major updating and cleaning. Roaches were in our room, in the hallways and outside. Disgusting and very apparent there is an infestation. We had several friends attending the expo who also told us they had roaches in their rooms. The pool was grimy and needed a deep clean. Wallpaper was peeling in room and it looked like mold behind it. Sheets had stains on them too. Tub is very slippery and needs a mat in it. Carpet was old and stained throughout the hotel and the hotel is HOT. Not just at the expo, the entire hotel is hot and I am typically cold natured. After staying in the JW Marriott in downtown Nashville, I literally stayed at a “roach motel” at this Hilton. This hotel does not align with the Hilton brand and the price per night is insanely high for what you get.

Will not stay here again

Not much

Dirty room, floor coming up going into bathroom, wet floor mat and wash cloth in bathroom from previous guest, safe in room was broken, ironing board had to be propped up so it would work. Staff extremely unfriendly. Restaurant and the Starbucks are closed at lunch and hotel wouldn’t allow our group to bring food in without paying the hotel an exorbitant fee.

We expect more from a hilton. Very disappointed stay.

It has potential.

The first impression of a hotel is the reception. It would be lovely to have the front desk person smile and say a friendly hello. Instead, we were treated with lackluster greeting. The hotel looks tired and in need of an update. For example our bathroom door was splintered and the sink slow to drain. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not restocked with coffee and tea or serviced at all. The restaurant is not open to sit at in the evening. You can order food but have to eat in the bar.

Terrible

How close the interstate was.

This was by far the worse hotel I HAVE EVER STAYED IN! From the reservation to check-in my wife and I had a terrible experience. There was Blood on the curtains in the room we were in, the headboard was stained in multiple areas, there was mold in the shower and the AC reaped of a foul smell. We brought this to the attention of the staff and was told unfortunately there were no other rooms available to move us to until the following day. My wife nor I was able to sleep that night due to the smell. The next morning we were told we could move to another room which was a DOWNGRADE from what we were in. That room had blood on the lampshade. I'm very disappointed in this property....there was one elevator in particular that guest were complaining about due to the elevator jerking extremely hard when stopping on each floor. There's more but I'll digress here.

The bed mattress was a bit hard. Early appointment precluded breakfast. It was a little pricey.

Don't stay at this Hilton

When i called down for towels and trash bags and toilet paper i was told to get them myself .The bed was extremely uncomfortable like sleeping on straight coils the mattress was so worn out. The TV didn't work and they said maintenance would be up to fix it and they never showed . I was harassed by a drunk man at the pool it was very scary . It was a Hilton and very disappointing such a let down for the price. The hot tub was closed down the pool was used for swim lessons 10 hours one day so no room for guests to swim. I've had better service at way less reputable named hotels .

When I told the person checking me in the I needed handicapp parking she offered me no information about where. And I walk with a cane and they put me at the last room in the hallway. Hard walk for me. I had to drive around the building to find the back entrance and handicapp parking which if they had told me was right near the elevator

Ok for price point, great location

We liked the location and the clean and comfortable beds. The room was a nice cool temperature upon arrival. We also liked that checkout was at noon. It was also nice not being bombarded by cleaning ladies before checkout hours (which happens often at other hotels).

The check in desks were understaffed for a Saturday. It took over 25 minutes in line just to get our room keys. I didn't like the size of the towels in the bathroom (all hand towels sized). Complimentary shampoo in the bathroom but no conditioner. We ordered Starbucks at the end of the trip in the lobby and the barista made both drinks incorrectly. Also FYI, sadly no cold foam or salted caramel at this location.

Great room and the majority of the staff are terrific. Breakfast was very good (great selection).

Breakfast was delightful. Katelyn at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Mary at the front desk was very rude, I asked about a luggage cart and she replied that "they're all being used" and walked away. Katelyn walked over & found one in the hallway behind the front desk. I use a cane & the cart is important because I can get everything to my car in one trip.

Disappointing and overpriced.

Room was clean and comfortable.

The main takeaway was how unfriendly and unwelcoming the staff were. The day I checked in, the front desk person was on a personal airpod phone call and barely spoke to me. I bought the continental breakfast the second day, and because there were only two servers for everyone I didn't get coffee until the end of the meal, and the server was frustrated when I then asked for a to-go cup for the coffee. You can likely stay somewhere else for cheaper and have a much more pleasant stay.

The hot tub was broken (an ongoing issue) additionally the pool always was occupied for swim lessons, never was able to find a time that worked for me. The gym space was nice. Not sure why the trash in my room was never emptied during my stay.

Overpriced and not even a free cup of coffee

Really disappointed with lack of value and old, tired outdated dimensions in bathroom.. Not even a free cup of coffee.. Didn’t know I had to ASK them if we wanted our room cleaned.. Tried to charge us $99 for room service we never ordered and was difficult to even get a copy of bill to discover this… Trash overflowing from all trash cans at the main entrance still at 10am on Sunday… Won’t go Hilton next time
