Never again! 👎🏾

I had parking fee of $25 daily that was never mentioned during booking nor in my confirmation. Beds were not Queen size as expected. Fire alarm went off at 6am and staff said nothing and provided no direction. All guests that took the stairs ended up locked outside. Another guest came to activate (open) the sliding glass doors to let us in and told us someone was smoking on the fourth floor and triggered the alarm. I look at the staff member at the desk and asked if they planned on letting us in or providing any direction and she kept doing what she was doing and did not reply. I went back to my room. I was charged an extra $56 for a late check out when I left on time. I was reimbursed but it was just a fiasco from check in to check out.

Sorry I messed up the message but don’t want to type again. I liked the location.

Felt at home!

Location was great took the ART to Disney right outside . A kureg in the room was nice! Beds were comfy!

Cleanliness, location

Apparently due to booking services, request to get rooms connected to each other was not possible. Which was confusing and misleading? Also one elevator was in need of a tune up as at every floor, the elevator would jolt.

Hope to stay again stay but a continental breakfast is not recommened.

Good location to Dental conference and shopping (Target, Outlet at orange). And especially kind staffs, micro oven in the room, Iron and Iron board in the room, Neutrogena shower and lotion (Amenity) kit, hot and strong water bathroom stream.

A continental breakfast was not satisfied. The fruits were not so fresh and tasty. and no vegetables. No water in refrigerator.

TE COBRAN EL ESTACIONAMIENTO SIN AVISARTE

En la descripción del alojamiento nunca se mención que el estacionamiento te lo cobrarían al final de tu estancia haciendo el cargo directo a tu tarjeta por $25dlls el día + el Tax. Al momento de llegar JAMÁS te lo mencionan, si no hasta que cierran la cuenta en tu tarjeta se ve reflejado!

Would reconsider staying

When we did ask for something they brought it promptly

In most hotels you can select to not get your sheets changed every day. That makes sense to me. However at this hotel “no services” meant exactly that. We had trash overflowing all the cans and had to call to get the coffee bar restocked each day.

Overall, it was a good hotel experience

location very close to the woody parking lot for Disneyland

lack of staff , at checkout there was nobody no one gave us info about mobile check out , we were charged an additional $50 deposit per day and a $25 per day for parking
