All the recreational amenities offered for different age groups; pools, water slides, basketball court, water spray pads, movie night.
Breakfast was a bit hectic, the food area was cramped so it was difficult trying to get food. The pull out couch made so much noise every time I moved.

Breakfast was OK, but I would like if you add some salami or some different type of eggs for breakfast.
Lots of people during breakfast. Hard to find clean plate or table to sit. And often juices or some meals were missing for a long period.

The breakfast was alright, the waffles were decent. The location was within walking distance of the Disneyland park witch was nice. The employees were also really kind. I also enjoyed the pool with the slides in the hotel, it was a nice thing to do while we waited for our rooms.
As for what i didn't like, the only thing that I didn't enjoy was the long wait for a room to be prepared. We arrived within the scheduled check in time at around 10am and ended up having to wait for 3 hours before we could check in to our room.

There is a lot to like about this hotel. It is a great size for families and has all the important amenities for groups. The free breakfast is pretty impressive. The water slides, splash, pad, pool, and hottub were a hit with the kids.
There really isn't anything to dislike. The location is good, surrounded by food options, and right on the bus line to Disneyland.

Very clean and had alot of activities for the kids.

The outdoor area. The 2 showers. The kiddie pool. The slides. The basketball hoop. The music outside. Bunk beds with a trundle.
The place has great amenities: gym, fabulous outdoor area, 2 showers, bunk beds, but the experience gets muddied with a lot of the bad: bad staff, bad operating procedures, bad lighting and design in rooms and hallways, bad “don’t do this” or “we’re watching you” or “it’s bright in this hallway so you don’t do bad things” energy.
Specifically what I didn’t like: ALL the staff - they were all bothered. Security guards were rough, asking questions and in the way like hotel staff and not security guards. Short answers from staff. “I don’t know, ask the front desk” Too many “don’t” signs (maybe make a single one with more and smaller text maybe) and staff walking around surveying the outdoor area like security guards. It made it seem like you were doing something wrong. The lights in the hallways are EXTRA bright, almost flourescent - not the best at 11pm, and feels like a cheap motel and to prevent crime lol. The room felt a little dirty and smelled a little dirty like a casino hotel - it was a little musky. The couch in the room felt a little dirty and I didn’t want to sit on it when we got there, like the armrests looked a little brown and worn (maybe it was the bad lighting) The lighting in the room was more stark and not warm - makes the place feel dirty, and the furniture placement/choices felt clunky (white plastic table when you walk in; not enough room in the “living room” are bc there’s so much clunky seating).
When I got there, there was no one at the front desk, so I wandered for 20 seconds to let the front desk person show herself, the security guard aggressively questioned me lol wow, not a good first impression. Front desk person was a little bothered too. When I was talking to the front desk person, all the lights in the lobby went 75% dim, and I asked her about it, she acted like it was a normal thing. It was midnight, so I guess, but all these weird experiences happened in succession within a few mins.

It was a nice hotel. Loved that our family was able to stay close together with joining rooms. Also, the beds were comfortable.
The bed frames. They poke out so far on the bottom and the corners are bad. I hurt my leg bumping into it.

Os chuveiros, dentro de banheiras são muito ruins, com pouquíssima pressão e quantidade de água. Tivemos problemas com as cortinas que estavam quebradas e com a luz da beliche que também estava quebrada.

Room was so far from the lift for a family checking in at midnight. Also sofa bed wasn’t ready or at least no instructions given so had to run around asking questions at 1am
