Girls weekend getaway

The accommodations were quite spacious and well-suited for a group of friends. The bedding provided exceptional comfort. The location was highly favorable, as there was no external noise. Overall, the experience was remarkably positive.

The elevator lacked air conditioning, and the lobby felt quite warm and uncomfortable.

Location , also the 2bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms was great

My son and husband both got bitten by a spider my son in his belly button and then my husband on his back the morning staff didn’t care also found a needle shot beside the bed on check in also the morning lady didn’t care , my top blanket looked like it had blood still they didn’t care , and I got charged a different price from what I booked with y’all the hotel charge me 478.00 more

Location was good

Terrible staff, rude. Rooms were dated and smelly. Terrible shower in room, not even a bottle of water or kettle in room, genuinely. Avoid at all costs

Great stay for families

Fantastic - quiet clean

We booked for a convention happening next door at the Hyatt convention center and it was literally faster to walk across the parking lot to the ballrooms than it was for our friends waiting to get up and down elevators in the Hyatt towers. We also appreciated having a kitchen and option for two rooms, one for parents and another for kids.

Overall enjoyable stay, breakfast was amazing, kids loved it.

Room sizes were great for our family size, the pool was under construction but I liked how they partnered with the neighboring hotels to accomadate guest at their pools

The toilet in the master bedroom was broken

Bello hotel en Anaheim

Muy lindas instalaciones. Habitación de dos dormitorios con dos Baños, ideal familias. Un living cocina grande. Muy buen desayuno. Hay personal que habla español. Muy linda la localización, es una zona de hoteles de similar categoría. Para ir con auto a los parques, caminando es alejado. La sra que asiste en la zona del desayuno muy amable.

El horario de desayunos por momentos está algo lleno y desordenado. Hay q hacer fila por ejemplo para los wafles

Wouldn’t stay again. Didn’t recieve value for money!

I liked the location and the friendly staff and that was it!!

Where do I begin! All facilities were very tired and need of refurbishment. Room was only serviced once in a whole week!! And I had to ring and ask for the service of the room. Laundry facilities, only 3 washing machines working. Breakfast, food would run out and not be replaced, coffee out etc. We’ve stayed previously and it was great, this time we noticed it had really gone down hill

Great family trip to Disney

Faculties we’re good breakfast was great but you do have to wait and chase staff to refill items. Overall a great place to stay.

The carpets in the room could do with a clean. The kids had the dirtiest socks I’ve ever seen after just 30 minutes running around in the room. But apart from that it was great.

Large room works for sports teams - rooms worn out needing to be refreshed

Room size. Breakfast good. Some gluten free options . Beds comfortable .

Staff unkind. Assigned room was not ready when we went into it. Assigned to another room facing Highway vs Disneyland FireWorks - loud. Worn out couch . Refrigerator dented and froze all things . Bathroom shelves falling off walls.

Enjoyed our stay at this Disney hotel

Rooms were clean and well presented. Check in staff were very helpful. Parking was close. The hotel was pretty much spotless all round, very clean and tidy.

Nothing really, it’s an older property but we’ll kept and clean.

I love this when I come to California I all ways stay here most of the places I go is right there I don't have to drive I can take a bus or Uber to get there. And I and so glad they got turkey sausage because alot of places don't have turkey or beef breakfast meat to eat but you guys do thank you for that

I would give A plus if it was two queens in each bedroom so A only.

Warm welcome and positive attitude from first to last contact

Asked for two queens in both bedroom in a suite but didn’t get it. I am 6’4”” in height and had hard time to sleep on single bed.

It served our purpose but we did not feel

The kitchen floor was dirty upon arrival. It seemed to not be regularly mopped. One bathroom shower head leaked the entire time, the other tub would randomly release water drops out of the spout. There was no extra paper towel roll. When our room was cleaned, we were not given an extra toilet paper roll, and only 4 towels were left for 7 guest.

Disappointing

Room was spacious and clean.

One of the elevators broke, made getting down from 6th floor an unpleasant experience. Half my family had to take the stairs.

Would stay again especially with family group.

Breakfast was good. Location great for our family group of 15 was good with access to bus routes right at door.

Airconditioning in room was not effective and adjustment was required. Some problems with toilet but fixed on request. False alarm with fire drill in evening with no ready advice if evacuation required.

The breakfast options were awesome! Even though some mornings were very busy, the staff always kept up with refills. Lots of room to sit and eat. atmosphere feels nice and warm.

I didn’t like not having daily full service housekeeping.

The elevator was broken. There was only one elevator for the entire wing. The room was also substandard. The couch had torn pillows and the pillows on the bed needs serious upgrades. The paint was chipping in some places too
