Excelente custo benefício, localização e espaço para as crianças.

Eu e minha família gostamos de tudo, ficamos na vila a casa tem um excelente espaço, as crianças se divertiram muito.

Tudo bem que não é novo, mas foi tudo perfeito.

Not a great value

The furniture was terrible very Oh yeah, there’s one for you too. Stop it. old. The bathroom was not very clean . Hide a bed mattress stained

Horrible to know that Orlando still have places that are so dirty and outdated like this property.

The size of the rooms were great, but that was it.

Roaches in the room, stains in the sheets, mold smell, dirty plates, and those couches need to go to the garbage. I didnt let anybody get close to them, and one of my daughters were supposed to sleep in the sofa bed, thank God there was another bed to accommodate. That it was also very dirty, with hair and a dirty pillow case. (She used a stuffed animal as a pillow) Too bad I did not take pictures… too late to complain when we arrived. 11:30/11:45pm

My family and I use to stay here all the time and its not the same I have been here twice in 12 months and found roaches in the kitxhen the carpet furniture and curtains are disgusting I will never stay here again the price was right but you get what you pay for no thanks I'm done with this place

Large apartment, very close to Sea World

Large apartment, large kitchen, well equipped, large bathroom with enough towels. Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and supermarkets are in close distance, but a car is mandatory in that area. Sea World is very close to the hotel.

The pool area was not very attractive for us, mainly because the water was really hot at the time of our stay (in August).

Great location. Friendly staff. Pool not to crowded. Maids were wonderful. Great price.

Furniture and carpet was a bit outdated but the beds were good as was the bath and kitchen.

older property, about a 2/3 star at best. decent price value.

spread out, safe, easy access, plenty of parking. equipped kitchen,

slightly worn, lack luster pool area, small gym very far from guest rooms. I didn’t like that I had to turn my room key into front desk and trade for exercise room key- no free weights. guest room was “surface” clean but ledges and corners were not deep cleaned. mattress was not comfortable.

Nice location. It is near attractions and the Orange County Convention Center where we were headed. The staff were very nice.

Everything at this hotel was amazing and staff were incredible. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Living room with pull out couch, full kitchen, balcony, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, laundry on site with a nice restaurant and friendly staff, gated community. I had Whole Foods delivery groceries to my room.

The suite was very comfortable, quiet and parking was plentiful. We were close to our conference.

The location, the room was larger than expected with two bedrooms and bathrooms. It was quiet and early to find in Orlando.

Clean, great value for families!

There was so much space in our room. The beds were very comfortable. All linens were very clean and it was very quiet. The staff were exceptional and anticipated our needs. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone.

The suite was out dated. Grounds by patio wasn't taken care of that i picked up the stuff and made a pile behind a bush..bathroom sink wouldn't drain bc the stopper was broken. Ants in the bathroom on sink and killed a baby roach..

Great place to stay in Orlando.

Clean rooms, quiet,. Close to i-drive and attractions. Attentive staff. Comfy beds and condo decorated nicely. Laundry room easy to use. Would definitely book again.

Tiki bar closed. Security arm broken. Restaurant only open for dinner. No vending machines in buildings/floors. Only one outlet in bedroom behind bed.

The property was quiet , we had 2 balconies , location

Furniture is very old & needs to be updated , the floor made noises when we would walk , the kitchen counter and cabinets are in poor condition, a Roach was found crawling around in the bathroom, at night we did not have any parking at all , at first they gave us a room that had not been cleaned yet so we had a take all of our bags back down from the 3rd floor and head back to office to get another room , sliding door screen to patio falling off railing , no breakfast / food .
