LA UBICACIÓN!!! PERFECTA!! - La habitación bastante amplia y limpia.

EL PEOR desayuno que he tenido en un hotel. El desayuno estaba incluido pero hubo 2 días que preferimos solamente tomar café. La máquina de Panques estaba descompuesta, la oferta super super limitada. Los huevos eran como en una tarta muy extraña y siempre de la misma forma. Unas tortas de salchicha horrendas. No había mucho de donde elegir. Sin embargo, el café 24hrs si estaba bueno. Las mesas donde nos sentábamos debíamos limpiarlas nosotros mismos porque no había nadie limpiando mesas.

pra quem vai nos parque da Universal é uma ótima opção e não quer gastar muito, o parque está ha 5 minutos de carro. tem ihop 24h na frente

Family vacation

Love that the free shuttle got us to Universal Studios before either of the park opened. So it was great for timing. I love that there were fast food options right at the parking lot of the hotel. There's Taco Bell, an IHOP, and a KFC that all practically shared the parking lot with the hotel. I love how close we were to the green line trolley that took us to the Premium Outlets. The staff were nice, their breakfast was ok. They had mini waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages, yogurt, sweet items like cupcakes and mini donuts, cereal and bread. There is a very small pool. The room was a good size. The washroom was ok. I love that I was able to buy something online and shipped it to the hotel.

The breakfast patties were often burned (like overly heated in the microwave that it becomes hard). Nothing exciting but will make the kiddies happy. There is no hot tub and the water in the small pool was too cold to swim in March spring break. The hotel still used small tiny tubes of toiletries instead of the refillable ones attached to the wall and the shampoo made my hair feel brittle. No shower gel, only small round bars of soap. The room/pillows had a funny cologne smell that made it really hard to ignore and fall asleep. But that smell went away the next night so that was ok...

Dieses Hotel werden wir nicht mehr besuchen und auch nicht empfehlen

Sah im ersten Moment gut aus Bad wirklich hübsch Oberflächlig sauber - Schabe so eine große haben wir in Europa noch nie gesehen, ohne Angst vor uns im Zimmer - daher leider nicht übernachtet sondern ausgechecked. Ein alternativ Zimmer wurde angeboten, da dies für uns nicht in Frage kam haben wir ausgechecked, leider nur 50% erstattet bekommen. Bessere Bewertung hätte es für eine komplette Erstattung gegeben da wir nur 2-3 Stunden das Zimmer hatten und davon auch nur 45 Minuten im Zimmer waren bevor wir die Kakerlake nach dem zurück kommen vom Abendessen gesehen haben. Empfangsdame war Mega freundlich, verständnisvoll und hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt. Hat die Vorgaben ihres Vorgesetzten umgesetzt. Hätten das bei diesem Hotel so nicht erwartet. - Die Schabe und die Kulanz

Convenient, comfortable, affordable.

The king size bed fit my husband and two kids so that was nice. I also like that the sofa bed was in close proximity.

The bathroom was extremely small and when you turned on the light, it made an extremely loud buzzing noise so it was difficult to use the bathroom at night without waking everyone.

location was great. close to many restaurants. staff was friendly

4th floor smelled stale. needed to air out. an update is definitely needed. would’ve been nice to have smart tv in rooms. Breakfast started at 7 which seemed a bit late for those who needed to be out the door by 6:30am

Excelente localização e ótima recepção.

O atendimento foi ótimo, fui muito bem recepcionado. Quarto limpo e bem higienizado, serviço de limpeza perfeito.

A cortina do banheiro poderia ser mais comprida e ficasse para dentro da banheira o qual evitaria vazamento da água para o chão do banheiro.

Podrían tener más variedad en el desayuno, pero el que había igual nos resultó bien . Nos gustó la ubicación céntrica , cercana a los parques, y otros lugares de interés

El olor de las alfombras a humedad, pero suponemos que por el tiempo de estar cerrados trajo consigo ciertos inconvenientes entre este.

Would stay here again.

There was an EV charger on premises, though not free.

The breakfast was not to my liking, eggs had a strange taste, pancake machine did not work, pastries were horrible, powered doughnut holes…really? Thought the blueberry muffins seer fine, no Splenda only sweet n low, cereals were not real they were knockoffs.

Estancia confortable

Buena ubicación, tiene buena limpieza, personal amable y el que reciban paquetes de Amazon sin adicional al inicio es un éxito. Las camas son cómodas.

Los ascensores son el punto negativo del hotel, para ir de un piso a otro dura demasiado en subir o bajar. Quizá falta cambiar las opciones de desayuno, todos los días fue el mismo menú.

Lo buscamos por la cercanía a los parques de Universal y en verdad es muy cerca, se puede hasta ir caminando

Estaban reparando uno de los ascensores y el que estaba funcionando muy lento, era más rápido subir por las escaleras .

Es un hotel con todo lo necesario. el aseo es excelente, las personas que hacen ese trabajo lo hacen con cariño. la habitación es cómoda y las camas igual. el desayuno esta muy bien comparado con los demás de la zona. es silencioso y muy bien ubicado. a 35 min caminando a universal aunque el transporte del hotel es genial. tiene todo lo necesario. sin duda volveré.

el personal de front desk no siempre es muy amable. nos dijeron que para alquilar un carro teníamos que ir al aeropuerto cosa que no es verdad. sentí que al escuchar el acento latino cambia el trato pero si no te afecta está bien. sencillamente no debería importar se donde vienes.

Good hotel

Nice hotel, close to Universal Studios and restaurants around. Hotel itself is good maintained, 1 from 2 elevator wasn't working during our stay but not a big deal, it's four level building. Breakfast was enough and good.

Not vacuumed the room, some stains on the carpet, elevator not working

Well this list could go on and on. Our bathroom sink was broken, the towels in the bathroom has viable stains on them (every. single. one.) when we arrived to check in at 9pm our room was not ready…..check in was at 3pm…
