Please change the pillow and the TV to smart TV

Location

Pillow was bad, stiff and very uncomfortable. The TV is old and it’s not a smart TV.

La localisation très centrale , le côté cosy et le sens du client

Dans l’ensemble tout était correct ,il a fallu demander d’allumer le chauffage car la chambre était froide ce qui a a été fait immédiatement. une bouilloire dans la chambre avec du café/thé aurait été apprécié.

You shouldn’t expect much when you don’t pay enough

For the price paid, we shouldn’t have expected much, but cleaning was good, location was also not bad, the bathroom was also very clean and with good hot water. But that was it.

Our window faced their garbage disposal corridor, so it was very (like extremely) noisy several times during the first night when people were disposing the garbage and the truck was collecting it. The second night was fine though. The room was quite small, bed was kind of old and not really comfortable.

It’s dated but isn’t everything in San Fran

Public transport is very close

It’s dated and it’s location is on the boundary line of tenderloin. Don’t go right when you walk out the door if don’t want to be robbed. My room had an air con vent running along the wall outside it so when it turned on it vibrated the whole room and the old windows. I had to jam paper and cardboard around the windows to stop them making noise.

It is in the centre of everything. It was cheap

We were in a room facing south, the room got very hot. We were over the main street and if you opened the window the noise was terrible. If I was staying again, I would get a room at the back of the hotel, which would be cooler and quieter.

I didnt really feel comfortable trying to sleep in the bed

The room had cracks in the wall The sheets were so thin we could see the words on the mattress The tub was dirty and had stains that looked like rust People were outside yelling all night in the ally (not the hotels fault)

It was fair, they were helpful in providing an extra bed.

Great location

Rooms were super nosey all day and all night, air con unit type noise. The rooms were not vacuumed at all, I had to request it when I arrived and it wasn't done again.

Parking not included, too expensive for what it is.

It shows the sign of parking in the amenities, as if it were included but is not. They just suggest you to go to a public parking close by that cost 40 a day. I thought the price was fare when I booked cause it supposedly has parking included but is too expensive for what it offers.

nifty place to stay!

it was quaint and quirky. it’s not the fanciest hotel by any means, but it is clean and had a lot of character. it’s an older building and was great location for what I was in town for. there are many places to stay around this area and honestly super stoked I stayed here actually compared to the run of the mill places. I had zero issues staying here. I mean you cannot control what is on the outside and I never felt unsafe staying here. I would stay again. the staff was super friendly and helpful.

hmmmm, the homeless population in the area but that has nothing to do with hotel itself. the parking is awful unfortunately but I think that’s how it goes around there.

Not a good rest as being weak up every middle night

The front desk staff are friendly. They have water supplier to supply drinking water. Room is small but clean and don't have smell as some other San Francisco hotel does.

Almost every middle night (around 12:30am), there was very loud noise from back window, like garbage bin emptying. It last about a half hour. It always weak me up. It is really bad since I came from east time zone. The room service was unpredictable, I was there for 5 nights, and there were 3 room service made. and there was no pattern, and just happen randomly.

Superb

The location is fabulous! Close to Union Square and tourists can have access to different transportation services. The staff are really friendly.

Nothing in particular actually. The hotel may look small and old in appearance, but I really feel comfortable during my stay there, and the rooms are clean and cozy as well.

Exceeded my expectations and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The Front Desk staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Hansel.
