Zentral gelegenes, modernes Hotel

Die Lage ist Zentral. Das Hotel ist sehr modern, die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem allerdings sind die Matratzen etwas weich. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Frühstück gibt es gleich im Nebengebäude. Das Angebot ist begrenzt und sehr überteuert!

Would skip it due to tenderlion location

Staff were exceptional. Extremely helpful. Came to the room to give us a kettle, a baby cot, a microwave and multiple other smaller things

Location is around tenderlion which has a 250% higher crime rate versus rest of USA. My understanding was that breakfast was included & it was communicated at check-in but it was not. Manager could have given us a complimentary breakfast as a goodwill gesture

Très bel hôtel

Très bien, propre et moderne. Le personnel est très professionnel et sympathique Les chambres sont confortables malgré le fait qu on sent l air des fenêtres

L emplacement, un gros sentiment d insécurité le soir dans ce quartier entre les SDF et les drogués mais l hôtel n y peut rien. Nous faisions en sorte d être rentré à l hôtel avant 20h ce qui est dommage quand on est à San Francisco. Mais la ville en elle même provoque un sentiment d insécurité bien qu elle soit magnifique j étais contente d en repartir au bout de 2 jours.

RELAXING

we were on the 14th floor, we upgraded and were very happy with the room . the bed on the left side however was lower than the right side. other than that it was an amazing stay.

Service level from the staffs can be more consistent.

Clean and comfortable, enough space to open up 2 large luggages. The temperature from the rain shower is easy to adjust. TV channels include HBO, which kept me entertained. Blackout curtains. Special call out to Albert who is friendly and offered advice on where to avoid, directed us to eateries and so on.

We were checked in by a straight face room manager. Quoted 2 nights instead of the 4 nights I was booked for. Didn’t double confirm my email address and needless to say, he got the address incorrectly, and I had to correct it with another staff member. Collected 400 for incidentals (probably because I stayed 4 nights). Valet parking is available at 85 for oversized vehicles. Feather pillow is too soft and we ask for another type which they sent over. Toilet is bright (though it has an auto off but not censor triggered ~ you have to switch it on when you go in again). The room is next to an elevator and is noisy. Asked for a replacement room and it was promptly exchanged.

Propre, moderne, a pied du centre commerçant

Le pdj est un peut cher et le service est « bizarre » on commande au comptoir certains article sont a venir cherd’autre sont servi a table… mais la qualité est bonne. Le quartier peut aussi choquer, pas mal de sans habits qui rodent, pas toujours rassurant… Pas de parking mais parking publique sure à proximité (- de 5 mn a pied) et valet parking disponible mais le tout rst en supplément.

Beautiful hotel. Great value. Would stay there again.

I was offered the o. The option to upgrade to a suite on a high floor for minimal cost. The suite was large, separate living room, dressing area and 3 closets! The Redwood Bar is a must!

Food options are limited but there's plenty in the area.

Excellent Hotel in a Central Location

Location in Central San Fran was perfect. Staff were excellent. Rooms were adequately sized, clean and comfortable. Main bar was a nice area to spend the evening.

Comforable space

The room is lovely. Beautiful, large comfortable bed. The bathroom is well equipped, large space and shower. The water pressure was very low and took a long time to warm up.

I didn't like the pressure from staff to upgrade.

It was great! The bed and linens were wonderful, the suite was spacious and the view was FAB!

When we were underwhelmed by our first room we were offered a 'holiday special' upgrade from our executive King to a one bedroom suite for $50. It was TOTALLY worth it! The view from our original room was just meh. The suite was on the 13th floor and the view was fabulous!

I had breakfast alone at Fredrick's (their restaurant) our first morning at the hotel and I was horrified to pay $44 (inc. tax + tip) for one of the worst breakfasts I've ever eaten!! Terrible scrambled eggs, flavorless potatoes, fatty/undercooked bacon and a latte. The staff was lovely, but I wouldn't spend a dime in this restaurant (at least for breakfast) if you can avoid it.

Zentrale Lage, alles in Ordnung

Die Lage war sehr gut. Frühstück war üblich in Kalifornien nicht in die Kirchen. Zugehörige Frühstücksrestaurant war sehr gut, wenn auch etwas teuer.

Wir mussten unser Zimmer wechseln und haben Upgrade in Anspruch genommen, weil das überschwänglich gebuchte Standard Zimmer sehr abgenutzt war und nach kaltem Rauch roch.

Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor San Francisco!

Locatie is mooi centraal, goed verzorgde kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Hebben op verzoek een rustige kamer aangeboden, wat ook zo bleek te zijn, heel fijn!

In de buurt van de locatie regelmatig daklozen gezien, al is dit natuurlijk eerder een probleem van de stad. Overigens geen last van gehad. In de badkamer was alleen een vaste douchekop, maar ook een flexibele was handiger geweest.
