Nice for overnight stay.

Close to the airport. Good working shuttle. Cleanliness.

It was perfect some 25-30 years ago. Noisy obsolete aircondition.

Nah genug am Flughafen und in Ordnung

Das Hotel liegt einfach erreichbar vom "Multi-Use Hub" der auch die Car Rentals des Flughafens beinhaltet. Ärgerlich sind die Park-Gebühren - man könnte einfach auf dem nebenan liegenden ALdi-Parkplatz parken oder auf den Parkbuchten der Strasse. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung aber nicht überwältigend gross. Der Charme ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Frühstück ist zwar Mid-Western Standard, aber eher versteckt im tagsüber als Restaurant genutzten "UNO". Mid-Western Standard heisst mit Wegwerf-Geschirr seine eigenen Bagel toasten, vorgekochte Rühreier oder Omeletts und Fleisch-Patties essen. Baked Bacon gab es nicht und alles im self-service.

Good location. Very close to airport

Needed clearer instructions on how to catch shuttle from Airport. Wasted ages trying to phone hotel to no avail. Just needed to go out exit door to the shuttle area and shuttle was there already. Also pull out bed in the lounge was uncomfortable and room was very hot, even although air con was on in main bedroom.

Great location to stay when visiting Chicago, only a 30min ride downtown on the Blue Line.

Great varied free breakfast was great. The shuttle service was so convenient, to the airport, train station and mall. When we arrived very late the man at the restaurant offered to cook us a pizza - it was a lifesaver. Thank-you so much.

The sofa bed was very old and saggy. We put the mattress on the floor.

Staying at Comfort Suites near Chicagoe

The proximate to O'Hare Airport. The spacious suite guest room.

The hotel is very, very busy. There are not enough seating area for breakfast and in the lobby. Hard to find parking if late check-in (after 11:00pm). Only one elevator is working with full house of the hotel.

Great stay!

Service in the front receptionist Mr. Karan when we arrive was so helpful and kind , professional , Very helpful with directions& the men at night time was excellent as well. and professional. Love that the Room was Clean, & it has a microwave & mini fridge, very useful. Just that t room need carpet updates I guess. I enjoy Lemon water , coffee and té at the lobby was excellent , available at all times & the restaurant was great we try the dish pizza & was delicious. Breakfast love it Good options love that it was included in the price, The Shuttle service was excellent & included from airport to hotel & to places near like t mall & the train station at anytime, the person who work from 6am up was the best excellent service , professional kind & friendly. The experience in General was great , for the price & things included.

Loud music at night, but I guess bc I was by t front entrance window where I think is a night club. But stops at some time that I didn’t release just feel asleep.

Overall it was a good experience

It was great having a restaurant on site. All staff members were very friendly. It was wonderful to have the shuttle service.

I couldn't regulate the heating properly, and kept waking up too warm in the middle of the night. As a result I returned home exhausted.

Good shuttle, close to airport, good pizza

Shuttle worked great for us. We liked pizzaria uno. Close to the airport.

Room was a little busted. Ice/vending machine alcove on our floor was abandoned amd empty so that was a tough look. Breakfast as compared to other hotel continental breakfast was a 6/10

Convenient place to stay if traveling into Chicago without a car.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport was hassle free and didn't take that long. We ate at the onsite restaurant and it was very good with a large enough selection for everyone in our party. The price we paid for the night was super reasonable for the services provided. The shuttle driver coming back from the airport talked about all the places that the shuttle would take guests who didn't have a vehicle (ie the mall and restaurants near the airport).

Very small beds. As someone who is used to sleeping in a king bed, sleeping in a double bed with my husband was a cramped experience. The room was too small for 2 double beds. We had to leave for the airport prior to breakfast opening and the bag breakfast we received, while the thought was in the right place, was not worth the effort to put together (water, fruit, granola bar) and the shuttle took us early so we weren't able to consume it prior to checking in at the airport. The hotel no longer allows overnight parking while traveling. The parking lot is too small to accommodate that service (a one-time exception was made for us).

Great hotel stay! Parking not so much.

Staff was polite courteous & friendly

Parking. At times no spots available. We are from the suburbs of Detroit & we were NOT prepared for the amount of traffic & commute time just to go short distances. After the stress of driving 5 hrs from MI. We didn't need the added stress of finding a Parking spot at hotel. Should have assigned Parking spots for guests that have paid for their parking.
