The filtered water station in the room was a game changer. The lack of drinkable water in hotels is really an issue. This was a great surprise. The room dividers were also great for privacy and extra space.

Really Good time

Breakfast really good. Room AWESOME (only that I asked for a room with bathtub and never got it, other than that everything was great. Bedding and towels all perfect, the bar on the bedroom was really nice.

People are not so friendly like the previous hotel I stayed (Hard Rock NY), but even so, they were ok. I recomend and would stay again for sure.

Toller Aufenthalt mit einem ausgezeichneten Hotel

Die Lage im Süden Manhattens ist vielleicht nicht im Zentrum, aber was ist das schon in Manhattan. Das Village, Tribeca und Chelsea sind sehr gut erreichbar, der Fluss ist in bester Nähe, Restaurants und public transport jederzeit fussläufig erreichbar. Man kann im Grünen am Fluss sitzen oder in Kürze in schicken Restaurants sitzen.

Non più equilibrato il rapporto qualità/prezzo. La struttura non è più come una volta. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare la camera per le condizioni e la capienza della prima assegnata (suite con due letti e divano letto) La seconda camera era migliore, ma non come nel 2018. Come se tutto si fosse fermato. Ho alloggiato per una settimana ogni anno dal 2014 al 2018. Bisogna chiedere che venga sbloccato il minibar, non esiste più buffet a colazione, non riforniscono il bagno come in precedenza. Sempre una bella struttura in una splendida location, solo non più la stessa.

Ottimo albergo in buona posizione su Downtown

Posizione molto buona vicina al WTC e Memorial 9/11 e con parziale vista baia&NewJersey ma solo per alcune camere. Stanza pulita ed ampia, abbiamo preso quella con doppi letti Queen, molto comodi e confortevoli, ma che hanno una vista sui grattacieli anziché sulla baia come per le stanze King De Luxe (che ha un costo superiore di circa 50 Usd a notte). Arredamento camera un po’ datato ma con ingresso hotel molto ampio e bella distribuzione degli spazi della Hall. Non abbiamo scelto la prima colazione perché troppo cara (40 Usd px) e vi sono parecchi locali in zona aperti sia la mattina che la sera, dove al tramonto si possono prendere cocktails guardando il tramonto con vista sulla Baia e sulla Statua della Libertà. Anche la posizione per i mezzi e’ buona, ovviamente abbiamo fatto la tessera settimanale su tutta la rete Metro+Bus, che per il costo della vita di NY e’ indubbiamente conveniente (35 Usd px). Con le linee rosse 1-2-3 che passano al Wtc e’ stato tutto abbastanza agevole, soprattutto per Time Square, Central Park, Harlem e West Side. Non abbiamo sperimentato terrazza al 12 piano (apre a fine maggio), palestra e ristoranti interni ma l’impressione dall’esterno era comunque gradevole.

Le amenità per i bagni sono completamente mancanti, con tre grandi contenitori per doccia/Shampo/conditioner; e’ vero che e’ una politica praticata oramai da quasi tutti i grandi alberghi ma quello di fare avere piccoli omaggi su profumi e bagni schiuma rimane secondo me un tratto distintivo per il branding di un Hotel a 5 stelle. Ma questo e’ un aspetto secondario, il bagno era sempre ben pulito e in ordine.

E um hotel excelente. Quartos e banheiros amplos com ótimo funcionamento. Para mim a localização é ótima pois está numa área residencial e moderna, longe das multidões do restante da ilha. A 01 quarteirão do marco zero é de um shopping em frente ao hotel

Overall - this is an OUTSTANDING hotel and we will definitely be visiting again!!!

This hotel was a complete surprise! We did not expect it to be so wonderful! The rooms are so modern and well equipped! We simply loved that everything is touch screen. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine and the Water filter machine. We are so glad that we decided to book a rate that included breakfast! Breakfast was delicious! The staff were all excellent.

I would like to suggest that when clients have to check out long before breakfast time, that a contingency plan with proper food is available. We paid for breakfast for 3 mornings and only able to enjoy 2 because on the last day, we had to check out early because our flight was early. We were able to get some pastries and coffee and two bananas from the Barista station but that is not a proper, healthy breakfast - specially not for children. We did not consume the pastries until we had a proper breakfast at the airport which was a duplicate cost. Perhaps, for clients who have to miss breakfast, room service can put together some sandwiches, juice, yoghurt and fruit which can then be packed into a brown paper bag or box for easy transportation?

Très bien et calme

Localisation très bonne! Plus calme que au centre ville et à 10mn à pieds d'une station de métro centrale qui relie Times Square en 10mn. Possibilité de voir tout le quartier World Trade Center à pieds. Si vous voulez rentrer en taxi depuis le centre ville, compter 30$ donc correct! La chambre était très propre et grande! Ça nous permet de prendre du Take Away le soir si besoin (quand on est fatigué de la journée). Il y a un Shake Shak à proximité (Burger) ou sinon le Whole Food à 10mn à pieds. Le personnel était très gentil! Le service de chambre impeccable avec de petites attentions.

Pas grand chose. Peut-être le prix du petit déjeuner (mais autant aller bruncher au Ol'days à 10mn à pieds) et le prix du Room Service (compter 120$ pour 2 salades césars et 2 desserts). Sinon vraiment bien!

The location , the overhead shower , the bed , the valley services people and their dealing with guests

False info about the room in booking when I booked , I asked for room with balcony and it turned out that the hotel has no balconies at all but it was clearly mentioned before booking , also bad reception when I arrived and the lifts are scary, they have huge sounds and shaking

la taille de la chambre pour NYC room size for NYC room is clean

no kettle or microwave: it is not a kicthenette but only a sink with water filter system, the bathroom door lets light into the bedroom, water filtration system on our arrival out of service with bottle of water "offered"..but never arrived (change of room the next day with functional water system).But most important: the reception staff are not pleasant, lofty and rude during my stay. I wanted to pay for the stay with a credit card different from the one given on arrival. I was charged twice more than 8000 usd in total, fortunately reimbursed after several days and discussions with the hotel. However, it was certified to me during check out that only one credit card would be debited. Not very professional.

Our favourite hotel in Manhattan!

Very modern funky hotel in Manhattan. Loved the funky chic feel! En-suite rooms were fantastic and large! Had all the mod con facilities in your room from the fresh water tap in the luminous blue lighted box, to the superb coffee machine,to the wonderful very luxe bath robes( my 16 yr old lived in it while we stayed @ the hotel for a recent surprise 16th bday trip & we ended up purchasing one to bring back home for her Xmas present!) The staff were fantastically polite and full of smiles! They couldn’t do enough for you and would go the extra mile to make sure your stay was very enjoyable! There was a fantastic gym very modern and clean. The hotel was located right by the Hudson. Nice runs and walks along the waters edge. All in all a fantastic stay! We do love the hotel and location we’ve stayed there several times on family trips to NYC from the UK. It’s an hour away from JFK & it’s a set price for the taxi fare from the airport to the Conrad so no added extras! ($60?)

Great Location, Facilities needs to add / improve.

Hotel with lots of modern tech and gadgets. Automatic water filter station and the complimentary water bottles provided was great initiative. Great location with lots of restaurants around. The Gentleman at the front desk who assisted us on Sunday 15th October was amazing.

We stayed at one of the Hudson river view room. There is clear gap between both bathroom doors. Outsiders can clearly see activities inside. It is really uncomfortable when staying with kids. I do not recommend this type of room for families with childrens. Also our room was not equipped with the facilities as listed under the selected room category in booking.com. There was No microwave, no refrigerator, No kitchenette. Although microwave was provided after inquire about it. This is kind of misleading. I would expect Booking.com and Hotel to correct these errors.
