This is the only hotel in Canby

We came to Canby for a music festival. This is the only hotel in town and was less than a mile from the event. It was a super hot weekend and the AC worked great!

The whole property was a bit run down.

I liked that it accommodated my power wheelchair, staff were cordial, and many food places within walking...rolling...distance.

Room was in need of repair, A/C was noisy, I have seen nicer Motel 6

pleasant hotel in a pleasant city

Nice location. The staff is friendly and professional. The room is quite comfortable. Very pleasant to walk across the street into the city center.

If you are needing a budget place which is dog friendly, I have nothing bad to say. Rooms were clean, air-conditioned, free parking, I'd recommend the property.

Noisy but cheap.

Cheap.

Non stop noise. If you buy a cheap room just adjust your expectations accordingly. The room smelled like a dog bed, the 4 lane street about 10' away provided non stop traffic noise and the nearby train that went by three or four times a night guaranteed you weren't going to get much sleep. No carpet, no sound insulation either apparently, so the noise echoed really good. Actually want to get some sleep? You might want to consider other options.

I would stay here again.

I got in late and left early. Room was clean and cool on a hot summer night. Outside was a bit dirty and a little run down. Could use some clean up and housekeeping

Night manager was pleasant and nice... The parking lot could use some clean up and landscaping. For a hundred a night I would expect a little nicer place.... Lower the rate or pick up the place...

Just a place to sleep...

I needed a place to sleep. It was just that.

Room didn't feel clean, whole building was pretty run-down. Bed felt really old. No soap in the bathroom at all! I've never stayed in a hotel/motel that didn't have SOAP

Horrible. Will NEVER go back!!!!

All management was extremely rude. The husband and wife were always rude every encounter.

Poor customer service and horrible Management. They need to learn how to communicate properly in English with the customers and how to act and how not to act. It might be ok for a man to treat a woman like he does in their country. But not here, not in America.

I drove an extra 8 miles to save almost $100 a night

the room was basically clean but had cockroaches. I don't mind sharing the room

Most of your basic motel needs satisfactorily met in a clean environment.

very clean

very basic. no coffee maker in hotel room and none in office lobby even though I personally feel the excuse of “Covid” should have been over a long time ago! there were nice smelling bars of soap in the bathroom, but no shampoo & conditioner. that would have been nice as a basic amenity.

Definitely recommend

The room was clean and smelled nice when we walked in. The AC unit was fantastic and kept the room nice and cool even though the outside temp was 97 degrees Fahrenheit. The TV had quite the selection of channels and the beds were absolutely amazing. Best nights sleep in a long time!!!

The only 2 complaints i could muster is the microwave was an older style (70s maybe?) and the tub didn't have a plug so I had to use a rag.

Smelled like smoke even though they said it was non smoking. It was so bad we couldn't even stay the night
