To look at it is very nice, hard to rest due to the noise.

So loud. Could hear every noise outside and every word spoken from people in the adjoining room. Also don’t like having to go through time share annoyance for the check-in process even when you tell them you are not interested.

Would come back great concept and value. Amenities were truly nice

Tubs and showers not the best clean. Little tilex in nozzles of jet bath would have fixed that right up. And just some good old scrubbing bubbles and a rag would have cleaned scum from shower floors. Hard floors were sticky in kitchen area too

Good location but needs a deep clean!

Good location off of the strip. Beds were comfy.

Condo was dirty. The main shower was dirty and broken. The floors would make your feet black! We wiped up a little water off the kitchen floor and the white towel was black!!!

property was beautiful, comfortable and affordable!

it was a beautiful property. our only complaint (and it’s a big one) is where they pressure you to go to their meetings to purchase a condo. we told them no, but they wouldn’t let up.

the “sharks” that kept after us about their time share presentation. No way will we ever buy from sales people like that!!

Perfect for the family with kids and parents, a home away from home!

Room is perfect for our family with kids and parents, everyone is comfortable, it feels like home with complete amenities of a house like kitchen and laundry room, our kids enjoyed their indoor pool and movie theater room. Friendly staff and very good service.

You need to go to marketing/timeshare salesman to get your key, parking permit and wristbands.

Loved where this room was. We have small kids so we want the lower level, and we loved looking at the pond with the pretty lights around it.

We love the area. We spend quite a bit of time here so to stay where we know where everything is makes it nice

Our room was really outdated and dirty. The shower door was so coated in hard water scale i actually got a scratch that bled. The bed in the "master" was lumpy and uncomfortable. The floors were so dirty that our socks were black from walking around. There were cigarette butts all over the patio and leaves all around the front entrance to the room. Kitchen cabinet doors that were stuck shut, and really filthy. Lots of hair and dust behind doors and along baseboards.

Disappointed in the room for what I paid for.

The location was good. Easy to get to other activities outside the resort.

The one bedroom suite was smaller than other resorts I've stayed in and for what I paid for.
