In general dirty old building, I requested the dirty bed sheets to be changed but start the delay

Tellement sale. Poil de …sur les draps, urine sur la lunette de la toilette, restant de bouffe sur le tapis. Bain noir, plein de bibites morte, personnel indifférent et blasé, tape pour retenir le panneau d’ascenseur, comptoir du buffet sale… en plus la piscine est fermée!!! bref à fermer et rénover Devrait être enlevé du site booking.com

I wanted to stay a second night but the rude unprofessional lady shortened my stay

People at front desk were nice and welcoming. Except a lady on Sunday morning.

Filthy at it's finest

The staff was rude, the room, well judge by the pictures, sheets staind, roach eggs, walls had human remains, bathroom doorknob broken. This is just mentioning few of the disappointments. Not recommend .

Todo me gustó, las camas eran super cómodas y suaves, el personar fue super lindo a la hora de hacer el check in otra de las cosas que me encantó fue que hubo café y jugo todo el tiempo.

Great for a good deal near six flags New England, great breakfast

Great breakfast with waffles, microwave in the room, clean, good beds, staff was nice

The hallways had a bad odours, the pool was closed in the morning so we couldn’t enjoy it before departure.

didn’t seem to be kept up very well as far as cleanliness of the room, walls are pretty thin, lot of people just hanging out at the entrances, staff at front desk not very friendly.

We enjoyed the hotel, pool, and breakfast it was a great stay.

The breakfast was nice Pool clean just wish more chairs for sitting staff was friendly, price was great, location was perfect for six flags trip we had planned the next day.

lane. thought I could at least get a workout in but gym was subpar

the gym was terrible. the photos show a gym with weight machine. there were only 3 cardio machines and treadmill did not work. it was loud. the lady at the front desk was grumpy.

QUIET AND VERY CLOSE TO HIGHWAY....

Location was perfect, easy access to the highway, lots of parking space, well lit areas with front and rear exits.

Breakfast could've been a lot better if there were more to choose from. Coffee brand needs an upgrade or some flavored creamer could help out.

do not plan of staying here if booking with a 3rd party. I saw someone else with the same problem as I was leaving and s

nothing - we could not stay

we were completely lied to and then treated like a piece of garbage on the floor by the front desk when we got there - we booked this property as a pay when you get there. we called the night before and said we would be getting there late for check in. when we got there our reservation has cancelled because they ran our cars and it declined to us traveling out of state. they cancelled the reservation. no one notified us of the issue until after we got to the property. they should not have ran our cars if we had booked a pay when you get there. that is the whole purpose. then told us we had np where to stay with 2 dogs and a child traveling over 4 hours to get there. staff was extremely rude. would not help us at all. was worried about getting off her shift instead of helping the customer said we can’t help u were full now and walked away.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so nice and friendly at check in check out and in the halls in crossing. Loved the hotel right off the exit to the right easy on easy off to travel different places. Dunkin Donuts right down the road, multiple convenient stores and breakfast every day from 630-930

The swimming pool water was freezing no seriously really cold too cold to swim and the fact I found 2 strands of hair in the tub meant it wasn't inspected so i will never come back but thanks
