Not again

Breakfast was mediocre

Smell from air conditioner and the whole room smelled like cologne the cleaning products used are gross smelling and foul odor entire night from air conditioner old not clean

The staff was rude and the hotel needed maintenance

Reserved a Queen with two beds. Refused early check in at 2:30 before we left for the caves. When we returned at 8:30 pm the keys wouldn’t work, replacement keys didn’t work and were told the known lock on the door was broke and maintenance left for the day. So they had no other Queen rooms. They would “upgrade” us to a king with no extra charge. We now had to share a rock hard bed. When a friend went down the next morning, the staff was overheard talking about us and other guests. Very rude staff.

Clean hotel, rude employees

Very clean room, the young man who checked us in was very polite and helpful, the spa bath tub was nice but filled up VERY slowly

The housekeeper and front desk woman the next morning were rude. My booking reservation said check out was at 12pm. A woman knocked on my door at 11:02am and said check out is at 11am. I explained to her that booking com said 12 and that I just needed time to get my child dressed she was very rude and still rushed us out of the room because housekeeping didn't want to wait so they gave me five minutes even after showing them my reservation and not once offered to help

expensive and disappointing, I truly is no regard for others anymore in this world

beautiful property

the staff refused to accommodate us at midnight for the correct room type that we booked because we booked through Booking.com and it was booking.com error they do not support your third-party company at all. Which left my husband no choice but to sleep in our vehicle. I’m still waiting for compensation from booking.com and the way the staff handled our situation at this hotel at midnight was an absolute joke. They had a room they could put us in but they wouldn’t put us in it because it was booking.com error . and this is why we, as a general rule, always book Marriott properties. Unfortunately this was the only room that we could find with two queen beds and we ended up with the king anyway

Location and cleanliness.

Mattress very soft and bouncy. Handicapped shower drained to middle of bathroom making slipping a problem. Heater loud and off and on making sleeping difficult.

Comfy beds!

the beds were super comfy & the room was spacious with 2 beds & sleeper sofa.

The room slept 6 & had a huge area that was open--would have been great to have a small table & chairs in that area. the actual check out at the property was 11 not 12 as my reservation had stated.

The staff was really nice! The room was very clean. and the breakfast was good.

We didn't like that the pool wasn't heated. The water was so cold you couldn't get in. Also that most of the parking lot was blocked off due to roofing.

Disappointed stay due to things not working in the room and staff not helpful on the situation.

It was a good location. We did not use the breakfast.

We paid for a jetted tub in the room and did not have hot water. We tried several times and still no luck. Contacted front desk and no help there:( So we paid $300 for that room with that in it and was unable to use and all they said was sorry. But there was hot water in the shower so it didn’t make sense why there wasn’t any hot water in the jetted tub. Just very frustrating to pay that much money and couldn’t use it.

too pricey for the level of lack of polish

Basically clean.

Birds nesting in eaves leaving droppings on sill. No Braille for visually handicapped. only one elevator. staff stating that the motel was full and the parking lot wasn’t. no buses to justify being claimed to be full. only one set of towels for double two night occupancy.
