I was able to go to my room before 11:00 am

I was not able to have breakfast at Hyatt Regency because it was too expensive

I enjoyed my short stay, wish I had more time to enjoy the room and facilities.

The room was fery spacious abd clean. My view at night was exceptional.

I did'nt like that I was not able to access the balcony.

nightmare , terrible Hotel ,. Our family were bitten by Bed bugs at Hyatt Hotel

Good Location

Bad service, the Hotel did not clean the beds or change the beds sheet , blankets or something . We were bitten by bed bugs and itched all over our bodies for over week . it destroyed our vacation , rules our trip and it leaves scars on our body , with red bump .... We spoke to the hotel service at lobby , they did not help . they call the manager , his name is Jesu , she saw us with scars , itchy and red they asked to email to them his name is Jesus Velazquez : email [email protected].. Its terrible . We have all picture to show if needed

Hyatt hotel charged my money from the card twice. it was necessary to pause my trip along the Florida to return back to Hyatt and to solve this money issue. I have returned to Europe already, but the issue is not still solved!!!

I had a flight cancellation so I asked the hotel to postpone my arrival with one day It was possible I asked to do an early check in at 11 am It was possible
