Good value and location, view. Shuttle helpful.

Shuttle downtown with dropoff/pickup at 5th and Broadway. Cheap to Uber too. Good breakfast buffet for a chain hotel buffet-always scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, grits, hot oatmeal, fresh fruit. Nice view of Parthenon from small balcony. Complementary tickets. Worth visiting. Walking distance to Parthenon, Vanderbilt, restaurants. Loved Commodores bar & restaurant in the hotel-live music every night. Locals bar restaurant across street was great for live music, drinks and delicious Salmon dinner(nice break from the BBQ). Beds/bedding comfy. Check out Printers Ally for music off Broadway-quieter. Don’t miss the bridge for best views and great park in front of Capitol Building.

Carpet worn/stained. Lobby area very basic. Tired of scrambled eggs after 4 nights. Wish the cheese omelets were served more than once. Only one bedside table. Bathrooms a bit tight.

Excellent. We will definitely be staying here again.

I must say, this hotel has the best breakfast I have ever had for a hotel. It was so good. The waiters were all very nice. We used the shuttle to everyday to get to our different destinations and would just take a Lyft back to the hotel since it was so late or early depending on how you look at it ;) All the drivers were so nice and talkative. They were excellent drivers. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our room had a balcony and ws next to the elevator. For being right next to it, there was barely any foot traffic. But we requested the top floor so that is probably why. Unfortunately, we did not get to try the pool or gym. Our trip was to go hike and party for the majority of it. The hotel also had water and cucumber available. The cucumber water was delicious. We had some everyday. There was a night we got back and decided to play connect 4 and scrabble. We definitely had fun with that. My favorite part was that my car was safe the entire time.

I think the pricing for the car overnight is expensive considering we paid extra for breakfast. Maybe there should be a deal with that. The room was clean but in need of upgrades. The bathroom seem outdated and a little run downed.

Great location next to Parthenon and Vanderbilt with free downtown shuttle

Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great, adequate small gym, nice pool, good breakfast, ice water in lobby, staff was very friendly, Josh the shuttle driver very helpful and professional

The location of the property was its biggest asset. The staff was very nice!

Just another average hotel nothing special and wasn't as clean as I would have liked. If my stay was any longer than a night I would've found somewhere else.

we loved everything about our stay from our room to the shuttle to all the places we wanted to go. everyone was friendly and helpful

the only bad thing that i could say is it needs to have more coffee packs in the room

Rooms were big and had private balcony... 5 minutes walk to restaurants like chipotle and local dinning... at night I felt safe walking around and shuttle took me to main strip of bars about 15 min ride ...

It was enjoyable but didn’t like being watch while in the lobby like I was a thief.

Very nice place to stay

One thing that upset me was I had to come downstairs around 1100 pm to change a credit card on file and I was looking at the merchandise for sale. I picked a shirt off the rack to see the size and noticed there was a lady from the front desk standing close watch me who said the sizes are on the tags you don’t have to take them off the rack.😡😡 when I shop I touch items I could purchased she acted like I was going to steal it and run out the door. I absolutely hate to be treated like a thief when looking at merchandise. I loved everything else but I will definitely think about this incident when I make my future lodging decisions.

Nice stay in Nashville

The valet staff were so lovely to all guests at the hotel, even if you didn’t use the valet parking!! The location was good when you take in the cost consideration. The shuttle was great to get to downtown Nashville. Rooms were comfy and clean

The breakfast was very expensive. We didn’t opt to take it based on price so I can’t comment on quality. The shuttle was busy and there was no queuing system which meant that people got left behind

It was fantastic stay. It was very close to the hospital where we had to be at 5am.

The room was nice had a small couch, so we didn't have to set on the bed or desk chair. Small landing with sliding doors that we could go out and view the skyline. We loved that the tub and toilet were separate from the sink area that way we both could get ready without being in each other's way.

We were right next to the elevator shaft but once we were asleep we didn't notice the noise.

Room was clean, and quiet. We were not aware it was do close to the university and it was a football weekend. When we found that out we asked for a room away at from the noise and they were able to accommodate us. The food in restaurant for breakfast was good, hot foods hot, cold foods cold with good variety. Waiter staff very attentive. Definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful!!

Loved the shuttle, loved the staff! Great location, clean and so comfortable!! Love the coffee shop in the lobby! The barista was amazing and the lattes were delicious!!!

Self parking is a little bit limited.
