excellent customer service and support

we had a problem with the electricity and the lights went off. As we were having a connecting room, the manager kindly gave us that room. As soon as everything was just solved, the manager allowed us to stay free of charge in both rooms

Enjoyed the beautiful hotel and all the features offered to myself and family.

Unable to experience breakfast during this stay however the location was great. Wish I did not have to pay for parking. Strongly believe parking should be included in rate.

Convenient airport and Bay Area access

The staff handled a situation terribly and the property had a broken elevator and broken doors

Best hotel stay in a long time

Breakfast was amazing 👏, avocado toast

I just need more bed sheets and a robe for my second night , everything was really nice especially especially the staff

It was great .

Staff was friendly. Pillows and comforter extremely comfortable.

The buffet breakfast was absolutely terrible! Food tasted bad they had a hard time finding forks and plates . They were out of condiments .

Near enough to airport

Tired , carpets looked unclean, not even a fridge in the room let alone a minibar , no milk for coffee , beds tiny, depressingly in need of money being spent on it as shabby..

Parking issues, no beach towels ,and the fridge in room was missing i needed ice and there’s no ice machine on the level i was on so i had to go two floors down to find a ice machine

When I arrived, they gave me a room # that was already occupied so that was embarrassing but besides that it wasn’t the

I booked this hotel because I thought the beach was literally in front of hotel but it wasn’t a beach it was a deserted lake and nobody was using the pool which looked disappointing. I even called the place to confirm and they said yes but that was not my interpretation of a beach whatsoever.

This hotel needs a pool because the "beach area"; that is really a lake is too small and the water smells bad.

My stay did not live up yo its potential.

The restaurant was very good. The employees were very friendly. It was clean.

The air conditioner in our room did not work well it was too warm in there. The refrigerator was not level so the door wouldn't stay closed. They moved us to another room, but soon discovered the refrigerator was missing. They didn't have a replacement. Most of the chairs on the private beach were broken.

THE HOTEL NEEDS WORK IN ORDER TO JUSTIFY ROOM CHARGES IN EXCESS OF $200 PER NIGHT

POOR CONDITION OF HOTEL. BROKEN OR SLOW WORKING ELEVATORS, BROKEN AC IN HALLWAYS, BROKEN TOILET, NO SWIMMING POOL.
