Exceptional

Staff very friendly, loved the area and my dog stayed with me and the room was perfect and didn't smell like pets. I loved the full fridge and comfortable bed. Loved treats for dog at front desk.

Room didn't get as cool as I would like. I would like available coffee and cream .

We were generally satisfied.

The excercise room, free laundry room use, kitchenette, toiletries, quiet location and good view. Love the fact that they were dog friendly. The receptionist were friendly.

The ice maker in the freezer did not work, the coffee maker is very cheap, coffee reservoir was difficult to close and the frying pan should be thrown away. The nonstick surface is severely damaged and not safe to use.

$250 Deposit?

Excellent location, friendly people, easy access to the airport by shuttle.

When I stayed here before, the "incidentals" deposit was $50, temporarily held from my debit card bank account. This time the deposit was $250. There was no warning that this was going to be 5 times higher than last time. I was returning from a long trip where the deposits were, respectively, $50 in Baltimore, returned the next day; $25 at another Candlewood for 2 nights in Newark DE, returned in 2 days; and $100 in an upscale hotel on Capitol Hill in Washington DC which was returned within hours of checkout, so it isn't the bank. I was also running short on cash, so this hold made things difficult and it wasn't released for 5 days: in essence, the room cost $400 until the funds were released.. I don't think I can afford to stay here in the future.

Convenient, friendly and good value.

Everything was wonderful. Front desk were very friendly and courteous. Only stayed one night but my wife and I were surprised at how well stocked the rooms are for longer visits.

Refrigerator made some noise when cycling.

It worked for 1 night.

I loved the clean room. Dishwasher had pasta in it.

My room was by reception and reception was loud and i could hear echoing from down the hallway of kids. They could use a pen and pad in room because theirs a desk. Also my booked amount was different from my check-out receipt. I will be calling corporate. This gouging is ridiculous when i came from portland to bring my homeless brother food and supplies. We all need to pay it forward.

OK but likely will not return. I am always disappointed in the hotel when I try to save a few bucks.

Provide us with room location per our request.

Out dated decor. Carpet had been vacuumed, but really needed a thorough shampoo cleaning. Silverfish present. General room appearance was clean. Full Refrigerator actually worked !
