et my money back both companies lied to me the hotel Saif they would if they were called immediately and they were and he said that he would have to wait until next day and I still didn't get my money from tBooking.com advertised that it was pet friendly wen we arrived it was posted all over the property no animals the receptionist told me that they had notified Booking.com several times to remove there pet friendly amenitie well I didn't ghem or Booking.com I will not use this sight Again

Uncomfortable and disturbing stay.

Location

The toilet tank keeps on running water. It is noisy and very irritating when you sleep.

Manager refused to make things right to give me a discount

clean bathroom

hard mattress, mini refrigerator made loud noises and could not keep it on which ruined my food. The furniture was very old around 1980. The free breakfast was old and stale, bananas had black spots. Bath tub was not ADA compliant. Room had popcorn ceiling with multiple stains/ deep scratch marks. There was not an ice machine on each floor. I had to take the small elevator just to get ice. The hallway wallpaper was very dated and not visually pleasing.

Good mid-price hotel in good location.

Breakfast was a good solid Continental. Good cereal and yogurt selection. AC was nice and strong in the hot, Medford August. Room was nice and clean.

Was not happy at all and think you need new staff to clean the place because they should have known the sink was plugged

The elevator Had a horrible smell and was creaking the whole time. when we went to use the sink it was plugged up. We could not plug anything in the outlets The top outlet was broken and the bottom outlet would not hold the plug-in it kept falling out.

The parking lot is big so I don't have to worries about somebody scratch my car 😉

the room was quite old the sink did not work the water did not go away the very old bed moved me to one side and made a lot noise the quite dirty armchair definitely I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE. my daughter preferred to sleep on the floor🥺🥺 Just I paid over $100 for nothing 😶

never again will I stay at a Days Inn

DQ within walking distance

No water in pool, breakfast was very poor,elevator was filthy, shower nozzle is way to low, lack of electrical outlets. I have a Cpap machine was no place to plug without extension cord. Building my guess is it’s at least 50 years old it needs to be leveled. Great location maybe rebuild.

I was really disappointed in facility compared to other Days Inns that I've stayed at

Location was good

The place was shabby. Carpets were worn, needed painting, was old and tired looking. Needed alot of maintenance for everyday things like toilet and sink

Was expecting a higher standard from Days Inn by Wyndham I left as soon as possible.

I have stayed in a number of Days Inn by Wyndham previously and I was very disappointed with this location. I realize that this a budget chain but I have alway been happy with the value for the money except in this instance.

This location is very tired and needs updating in many areas. The carpeting is worn and I am not sure how clean it is. The toilet did not flush and refill properly, the decor has not been updated in who knows how long. The heating unit was separating from the wall and when on was making lots of rattling noises.

Would not stay again

There was no breakfast, according to them it was because of covid..lame excuse

Hotel is very run down. Bed springs are coming out of the mattresses, bathroom vanities were cracked. Toilet paper holders were rusty. Decor is old and tired, doors were not wide enough and scratched. Paint was peeling or poorly done.

Don't stay there!

NOTHING!

Extremely dirty, the hot and cold water went up and down as you showered, The furniture was dated, the bed was horrible, the carpet was torn. To many things wrong to list.
