Good place to stay if attending events at PNC

close to the PNC venue. Nice shower and products. Bed was comfortable

The location isn't too far from food and shopping.

The hotel ppl was ok. The room door had a big gap at the bottom. But we put a towel at the bottom of the door. The bathroom still need a little more touching up.

Wonderful location, bed, and shower

The bed was very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, and the location within walking distance of several restaurants

Convenient location and quality of my stay.

Parking isn't that desirable, but its not a deal breaker.

clean and well maintained; staff answered questions that I had and we arrived later so having a staff member there to greet us was very nice.

There were teens in the parking lot with cops around 1ish in the morning. We have a nice car that we worried about being broken into or vandalized, but thankfully it wasn’t. This is nothing against the hotel, just the city area that we were in. We did feel safe inside the hotel.

amazing stay at a great hotel

this stay was great. If you love to shop then this is the place for you anything you could want to shop for or eat is within 5 minutes or less. we went to a concert at PNC and this location was great for that as well. the staff was so nice and room was great. the whole hotel smells good and clean. i recommend this hotel and I hope to be back soon!

Superb

Staff was amazing. Todd was friendly, courteous and even printed directions to a local restaurant he liked. When I couldn't find a luggage cart, the young lady at the front desk told me she would bring one to my room, and she did. It was the kind of experience you always hope for, but rarely ever get. Thank you

I enjoyed the stay, comfortable and quiet

Cleanliness, professional staff, staff helpful

Cleaning lady knocked on my door at 9am and said checkout was at 9:00, 10:00, 11:00which I thought was odd that there would be 3 different checkout times. I recall at checkin I was told that checkout was at 11. After speaking to cleaning lady about checkout time I called the front desk and they confirmed that checkout was at 11:00am. I only had 1 wash cloth in my room. I asked the cleaning lady for another one and she told me she only had towels no wash clothes.

Very friendly staff, from housekeeping to front desk. We felt very welcomed.

Loved the room! Very comfortable beds with soft and firm pillows. Black out shades if I needed them were a nice option provided.

Could have provided an additional towel and washcloth. Only one each provided.
