No thanks. Hard pass on a future stay.

Location was convenient.

Outdated. Pictures did not truly represent the rooms or property. There was two towels total for the room - no bath mat. When asked for more towels we were asked to bring down the towels we did have to have more towels. The breakfast was stale. The staff was friendly but they don’t have what they need to make this a clean and comfortable hotel. The walls are paper thin and children were running races down the hall at 7 am for half an hour. Will never stay again.

Mattress were comfortable

Room was dirty, carpet not vacuumed, bed linens looked like they were used, only part of a roll of toilet paper, one bath towel , mirror covered in prints, night stand had food from previous guests, room was so dusty you could write on the tables Pool hours on website and in room were 9 am to 10 pm however sign on pool door and desk clerk stated hours were 5pm until 9 pm. Breakfast tables were not wiped before the next guests, staff did not refill containers unless they were asked. We stayed for 2 nights and room was not cleaned on the second day, when I asked if that was normal I was told that if we wanted anything the second day we had to request it. Very poor experience

I did not stay at this property, I canceled reservation immediately upon making it. I received statement that I was not being charged but no refund has gone back on my card.

Who is responsible to refund my card? Wyngate or Booking .com

Not enough towels for us so we had to share. So outdated and not clean. Stuff on bed skirt, hair in bed and lots of hair in the bathroom. Even a clump stuck to the ceiling. Gross

Only come to sleep.

Smell and tub was not clean. The bed wasn’t solid. I sad on the end of the bed and it came up.

The hotel had a nice smell and the room was nice.

The rooms weren't sound proofed very well and we could hear the neighbors.

Good selection, staff were attenative to keeping the breakfast room clean and sufficient menu items available. Hard working family that is trying to make the hotel business work.

Two members of the family used the pool and became sick the next day. Not sure what is done to ensure the water quality of the pool.

They charged a cash deposit since booking thru a 3rd party that was disclosed. Also the fire alarm went off several times during our stay; very disturbing

Stay was comfy and convenient. Loved it.

Breakfast was great and delicious. And the fast food and Albertsons was just across the street. Perfect. Everything was walking distance.

Pool could have been bigger.

the facilities could use some updating.

OK. Staffing was short so one morning the desk person had to do the breakfast so things were not refreshed. She did her best however.

The beds were comfortable, however, the bedding was not. The sheets were thin and there was only one thin blanket. We asked for additional blankets, however never received them. Comforters would be nice.

One star hotel with 3 star prices.

Most staff was friendly. Centralized location. Waffles were a hit!

The pool was freezing cold and gross. We booked here because of the pool and it was unusable. I left my toddlers water bottle in the room after checking out, I knew exactly where but they wouldn’t let me go in and get it and said they couldn’t find it. My fault for leaving it. But my toddler was super sad. It was a $30 water bottle and a present. Stairways smelled like burning hairdryer? Minimal cleaning job in the room.

The room was good, breakfast was poor.

Breakfast was biscuits and gravy everyday. Waffle iron didn’t work properly. Stale bread and bagels. Only vanilla yogurt . Maple syrup tasted off. I stayed at this property in February and it was much better at that time

Breakfast. Provide eggs, sausage or bacon. Pastries. More flavors of yogurt.
