Breakfast was poor, I thought being next to a hospital there might be a bit better choice for example gluten free options. A GF muffin would have covered this for most people. Eggs I tried but were awful like eating sand. So I had a yogurt and coffee both mornings, not much to sustain anyone. Beds are wonderful very comfortable.
My room was ok but needs a refresh,as furniture was very scratched up. Fridge, freezer looked like it has not been defrosted in awhile so could not use

We were pleasantly surprised, it was nicer than we expected.
The hotels was clean and modern.
The room was clean, comply, and had extra seating besides the bed.
The bathroom was nice and modern.
The breakfast was adequate in size and taste, no complaints.
Staff was friendly and they had fresh popped popcorn.

Staff were friendly, rooms clean and quiet. Good size for our family of 3, beds were comfortable and it was easy to find.

The staff were great , the place was great, although the placement of the hotel was a bit off the beaten track. There was a water issue that cause a bit of inconvenience. What can you do? Things break. The hair dryer was a mystery to make it function. The staff was great to come to my room and explain how to reset it. Breakfast was good .

Nice clean, large room.
Room phone not working.
No point having a nice, deep tub to have a relaxing bath if there is no hot water. No hot water to have a shower either.
For 100.00 a night we would at least expect some hot water.

The property was average…clean but the location is directly beside a hospital and there were several undesirables near by. One staff member was very good the rest could use work on their manors and language. a lot of sarcasm and swearing which I find very rude when you’re in customer service.
Staff were having personal conversations and swearing loudly about people,Ice machine on third floor, coffee was cold, no pool, location is not ideal at all.

It was very quiet, off any main streets.
It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the linens and towels were good quality. The lobby was bright, clean and updated, the hallways were clean and I loved that they had the windows in both the lobby & hallways open, letting in fresh air. There were also nice, big, healthy plants everywhere. Nice hotel!!
The breakfast room was extremely small & the breakfast itself wasn't much, very little selection.

Room was spacious and clean!
Breakfast was mediocre. Plus everything used at breakfast, plates, cups, plastic forks, knives etc., went into landfill. Absolutely no effort made at all to recycle or use items that could go in a dishwasher.
Quite shameful.

Hair all over the shower and bed sheets. Beer left in the fridge from last people. No pool and noisy hallways.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The bed was extremely comfortable, and pets are allowed for a reasonable fee.
Breakfast drinks were out of order our entire 3 day stay.
