Not much.

Room wasn’t stocked with extra toilet paper, no Kleenex, noisy. Unfriendly staff, except for one lady who worked the morning shift. She at least spoke when entering motel.

will never book with a motel 6 again

nothing at all in fact we paid and checked in for 2 nights and the room was so dirty that we had to book a room down the road at another place

very very dirty the garbage in the bathroom was not emptied and had used sanitary pads in it ,the toilet was dirty too, this is the worse hotel we have ever been in and is not worthy to be on booking.com

Very good

It's great place and comfortable. Clean . We slept so well! We definitely will come back again when we come visit !

Issue with "key" cards. Every time try scan the card and it declined so had to go desk and let them know cards aren't working every time, get it fixed. It's a bit annoyed but other than everything is good.

It was just fine the check in staff was great

There was no breakfast provided the staff was wonderful. I had hoped for coffee in the AM however the value for the accommodation was fine

Friendly and well located for stop over travel.

Easy to find and access. Room clean and tidy. Staff friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Air conditioning and road noise a little loud.. Would like to have had breakfast option.

I loved the staff

I booked online. when you book online it says wheelchair accessible and has an elevator. when we first got there he said he was really short staffed and it was going to take an hour to two hours for them to clean our room. we got there at midnight and did not get in our room until about 3am. my sister in law fell in the parking lot from there not being signs about where the wheelchair accessible come in. and then they didn’t even have a elevator AT ALL so my sister had to spend two hours sitting down and scooting her self up backwards to our room on the 2nd floor.

I was up at 0830, no breakfast, no regular coffee, decaf only

The bathroom had pee stains at base of toilet, next to the shower. TV remote did not work. It was replaced with a remote that had no battery lid.

Horrible! Someone even stole the emblem off my car

There was nothing I liked except the pillow

The room smelled like dog pee, sheets were blood stained, no coffee pot, no hair dryer, bathroom was a closet! Worst place ever

The inspirational channel on the TV. It was quiet until the fighter jets flew over.

There was no breakfast offered. The room was a little cold, so I used blankets off the other bed.

this was the best hotel in its class that I have stayed at in the last few years. clean. great value. comfortable. good staff. I will be back in a month.

Room was clean and centrally located

The room was clean for the basics. The manager was particularly helpful and nice. She made sure we got a quiet room on the second floor. The price was great.

The place had a smell that came from the lobby. I might be from cooking breakfast. The hallways need work, (new carpeting etc.). Parking was a bit of a challenge. Bed was a bit hard for me.

the location was okay.

it was not comfortable, it was not clean. looked like they had not cleaned the room or floors at all. AC had never been cleaned. mattresses were disgusting with stains. found bed bugs.

Nice hotel for the price

Hotel and rooms were clean, they provided a limited breakfast, housekeeping was very nice and attentive. Rooms are a good size with hardwood floors instead of carpet which is a big plus!!

our one and only complaint was the beds. They are old spring mattresses that need to be replaced. my room had two queen beds and both beds sank in the middle. We were at this location for 7 days and could not get a good nights sleep due to being very uncomfortable.

Overpriced and disappointing

Check in clerk was very helpful and accommodating.

Very rundown and dark. Outside door propped open and when reported, desk clerk was not concerned as she told the person to do it because they needed to smoke. Door to room stuck. Beds made us wonder if we’d be leaving with more than we came. Not the experience we’d expected nor what we’d experienced at other Motel 6s.
