Nice motel with great showers

The shower was great! Hot water came quickly, good water pressure, and a hand held shower head.

Airport type carts rather than larger hotel carts. It took 2 trips for us to unload.

It would be ok for a very short stay, but I wouldn't stay for 10 days again.

Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was ok. Liked having a fridge and microwave. Liked having a desk to sit at to do computer work. Air conditioner worked well.

The toilet constantly ran and sounded like a jackhammer. Couldn't watch tv half the time because the screen was so pixelated and it kept telling me that there were storms in our area causing problems, so I should call the front desk, which I did several times. One lady finally came up and looked at it and said there was nothing she could do and the guy who would have to fix it comes from the East coast or something. There were no movies to watch. The internet kept going in and out and I had to reconnect to the wi-fi several times.

Beim einchecken war noch eine recht freundliche Dame - aber dann war ein älterer „ Herr“ die gesamte Zeit an der Rezeption - ausgesprochen unfreundlich - ja sogar ungeduldig und grob - weil wir ihn akustisch nicht gleich verstanden hatten Auch unsere Bitte- den Drucker zu richten - er stand auf „error“ damit wir in dem angebotenen Business- Center hätten arbeiten können - kam er ausgesprochen wirsch - ja grob und unkompetent nach - und meinte - trotz der weiterhin rot leuchtenden Fehlerlampe -wir könnten damit arbeiten.. was wir natürlich NIChT taten - denn keinem Drucker tut es gut - seine Fehlermeldung zu ignorieren.. Seine knurrige unfreundliche Art hat uns verschreckt… über das angebotene und angepriesene Frühstück möchte ich lieber schweigen… Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörige und die Fenster nicht gut isoliert - leider

We did not stay.

Room was not ready at check in time, not cleaned. I was not the only customer with this issue. Gave the person before me a room that was not clean

I wouldn’t go back but it was okay.

I liked that it had a pool and breakfast

It didn’t feel welcoming at all, an employee even said we were in her way and the people when we checked in just stared until we walked passed them and the bed sheet was stained

adequate but not happy mostly

it seemed to be pretty safe.

breakfast never changed all 3 days we were there. the room floor was filthy, the room was never ever tended too all 3 days. and I had to constantly remind them to give us towels.

Staff was nice.

Cleaners were left in our room by the maids. The Microwave was filthy and couldn't be used. The bed was harder than the floor.

It was clean and relatively quiet.

The pool and pool bathroom just didn't seem well taken care of cleanliness wise.

overall good place to stay

comfortable size room, comfortable bed. Adequate breakfast (fruit tub, yoghurt, Jimmy Dean sausage biscuit).

It's a Super 8 along Interstate 5.

The front desk did an excellent job getting us a new room when we had an issue with our initial room. Otherwise it was a typical Super 8 - comfortable, inexpensive, no frills, convenient location. The free breakfast was prepackaged microwave sandwiches, yogurt, juice, and coffee, and it was actually better than the breakfast at some of the other Super 8s I've stayed at.

The first room we were assigned was not properly cleaned.

No staff 9n call from 7 pm to 10p as my heater broke

The juice was cold and the yogurt was low in cal and sugar

No hot water for cocoa, the sandwiches tasted a bit freezer burned after heating them. Second morning they were fresher. No splenda only blue akts.

The continental breakfast was horrible and had to throw away the food and the shower broke, and the tub was filling up, and all that was said "oh sorry can't do anything." Was only comp 10 percent.

After my stay I came back to check out after taking a break at my place of appointment and found out that someone had checked out of my room that wasn't me or had any idea of mine took my security deposit. They gave this person my security deposit just on the knowledge of my room number and possibly my name. It was done without my permission and honestly I don't see how the signature did not even match from what I was shown. Most disappointing was how the manager attempted to resolve the situation. After a lengthy wait without hearing anything from them, I returned after getting off of work. At that time she started off the meeting almost accusing me of doing wrong. I explained to her what happened again even over the name of the person that was suspected of taking the deposit. She responded by telling me she's been looking at the cameras all day and there's nothing there she said that she had yet to talk to the night worker who would have been the one to release the deposit. She tried to explain that he was not at work until later that evening and she would not be able to discuss this with him or her until then. She suggested I called the police and make some sort of report and basically just wait. I did not live in the area I have to work I have the feeling that she did not want to resolve this situation or a planned on resolving it her tonebecame very unprofessional especially after my suggestion of some sort of room compensation while the situation gets resolved. Any kind of compensation was never even mentioned by her. I express my concern about this and questioned her investigation of the problem. She told me that she was unable to talk to the person that may help me I've done this that he didn't have a phone or was asleep. After stating that she does back her employees up she is the manager.. she refused to revisit the fact that there seem to be nothing worth mentioning on camera and I found that hard to believe.

Not worth the money your money you might save spend a little more and stay somewhere better.

After check in things went ok.

we showed up 20 minutes before the allowed check in time. The front desk clerk wanted to charge $25 for early check in. We waited in car 20 minutes and his attitude was still unfriendly. He wouldn't look at me and was just rude. In the morning all the breakfast options were either pancakes or biscuits and gravy nothing else. I stay in hotels every week for work and this location was by far the worst I have ever stayed at. I discourage anyone from staying here. There are lots of hotels near by pick one of those and hope its better then this one.

Great price and a great experience. I'll be back

I enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. And seeing the clerk cleaning the area the whole time I was in the dining room area.

It would be nice if the shampoo & soaps containers were easier to use. I had difficulty getting the soaps out. It would have been helpful to have the option of using the old fashioned bar of soap.

It was okay. Pack your own breakfast.

The location close to the freeway, great price for a quick weekend getaway.

There were little flies all over in the bathroom, when I told housekeeping staff...they asked if I brought them with me. Breakfast was next to nothing. There was waffles which were fine, but nothing else to go with them. The juice machine wasn't working. There was gravy but no biscuits the first day and the biscuits were hard as a rock the 2nd day. No fruit or any other healthy options, absolutely the worst breakfast I've seen at a hotel and we travel often. Staff wasn't the friendliest, then when we went to check out we waited in line behind a staff member who was at the front gossiping with the one behind the window for a good 5 minutes or so. When they realized we were waiting on them they just laughed and walked off. Their sign in the lobby days "the world is short staffed, please be kind" I guess that gives them a free pass.
