Horrible experiencia.

La ubicación no estaba mal. Las instalaciones bien.

No me gustó el trato del recepcionista. Tampoco la ubicación de la habitación que estaba al lado de la máquina del hielo, del paso continuo de personas. Entraba muchísima luz debajo de la puerta. Ruido sin parar todo el tiempo. Había un fuerte olor a tabaco en la habitación. Definitivamente, no volvería.

Please update these hotel rooms.

The house keeper was friendly and came to reclean my room because it wasn't up to standard.

The bathroom needs to be updated. Floor looks moldy.

We will not return.

The location was great and parking very convenient.

Electricity went out in the evening. Our room was on the 4th floor. I had to make 2 trips up and down the stairs. Some other guests were not even attempting the climb. The breakfast was minimal and the eggs and sausage were best described as unique. The matreess was too soft and my back is still out a week lated.

Just plain negative, not for this price.

The halls smelled, the receiving staff pretty much acted as if they wouldn't want to be there. No eye contact, absolute minimal words, surprised to be the one trying to smile and say basic stuff like "hello good morning" with a smile on my face. The breakfast was something you would get on a 7-11 in the middle of nowhere. Just stale old fast food, plastic plate plastic cutlery plastic cup.. just no. I'd never stay here again.

Elevator was broken one day. Sink was dirty along with dirty sheets and towels. Front desk didn't pick up phone when I called down from room. Has to replace room keys twice because they wouldn't work.

Not worth the money

Room was spacious

- Paper-thin walls and no soundproofing!!! I could clearly hear conversations in the neighboring rooms! - The AC runs very loud, I was unable to sleep when it was on - The safe-box did not work - The breakfast was awful

Worst hotel experience ever

Terrible sausage was like rubber eggs looked terrible

Had to change rooms 3 times staff unfriendly lied to me when I called originally and asked if I could add an extra person in the room I was told by an employee they would just add a cot for an extra 10 a night when I arrived we were told we couldn’t do that

I hotel was clean and the staff, when they spoke, were friendly.

When I got there, it was after 8 pm. I had been messaging the hotel to let them know that I was going to be late, but apparently, my messages weren't received. The staff member who checked me in asked what would have done if I was given room 316 instead of 416. I said that I would have taken room 316. He responded, stating that I was fortunate that the person in 316 had too many things because she could have taken 416 since I was late and I wouldn't have had a whirlpool in 316. I was annoyed that it was a joke to him but even more annoyed that my messages weren't being received. The only other issue I had was the toilet needed to be plunged, so I called down to the front desk and was told to come get a plunger. I think that annoyed me because I didn't feel like I should be the one to unclog a toilet in a bathroom that didn't belong in my house. At the same time, it's not exactly a 5 star condo, so I adjusted my way of thinking. It was just the principle of the matter.

Room was very nice. Good price/value. Breakfast was below average. Coffee was horrible. They need a different coffee machine for sure, Workout area needed newer machines and carpet replaced.
