Room rate great but hotel needs updates

The first desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The rate of the room was nice. I had an issue with the first room had so was given a second room and they moved me without an issue. Thank you

The loud noise of children running up and down the hall the dog barking. The chairs was dirty and the rug in my room was dirty. The first room i had roaches on the bed. But I can say I was moved.

Fantastic hotel

Mrs. Kim and her staff are nothing short of amazing. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The location is perfect. The room was very clean. And this is the first hotel I've been In that has a oven so I was overly excited to see that. Thank you all so much, keep doing the great job that you do.

The couch which has some holes and wear and tear on it. I just paid it no mind at all.

No frills, budget-friendly option.

Conveniently located off I-40 in RTP.

Non-Smoking room had cigarette burns in the carpet, floor, and countertops. Smelled like smoke throughout. Breakfast was a coffee pot and pack of oatmeal.

it’s a very clean and quiet location and the staff are always friendly and helpful

absolutely nothing. I’m homeless and rent out hotel rooms on my days off of work and I plan on staying at this one whenever I can

It’s fine to stay a night If just passing through.

The Front desk staff was wonderful

Rooms were dirty we had to be moved I’m grateful they moved us I had a terrible odor you can tell people smoke in These rooms that are supposed to be non-smoking.

Horrible weed smell...

Location.

The smell of weed in the hallway as soon as you open the door, and it gets in the room, you have to open the window and turn on the fan of the AC.

There was one manager, a guy that I talked to that was very nice. Everyone else needs to be retrained.

The carpet was filthy. The bottoms of my socks were black with dirt. The furniture had huge burn marks. The hallway reeked of weed and the vending machines and internet did not work.

Disappointing

Check in was at 3…we had to wait until 5 because the room wasn’t ready nor clean. We found 2 bugs in the room the tub had no stopper so we couldn’t take a bath only a shower.

Room had not been cleaned, trash, soda bottles, weave from someone's head, plastic clothes hangers, crack pipe all these things were under bed and did not belong to Me, Also the windows had a crack and bugs and ants came in, Sofa was torn on both seat cushions and food was thrown on picture and they had roaches, cock roaches, not water bugs, Horrible Stay, Hotel Manager was Nasty, other staff was Great....Noting was likeable about this Place and I was going through a ruff time and thought this was the place...
