Just don't save yourself the trouble!

Absolutely nothing very disappointed with this business!

The unit was disgusting and not properly cleaned. We had to wait two and a half hours past check in to get into our room they said they were cleaning it , to find it was not clean and it took them an additional two hours to reclean it before we could fully get into our room. There was dead bugs, dirty dishes , dirty linens on the bed with hair on the pillows and sheets. Trash and crumbs all over the floor. Trash and stuff in the hide a bed. Hair on the kitchen floor table and chairs. There was dirty dishes in the cabinet . The balcony had popped fireworks all over it.They ambush you with there time share people that are pushy rude and absolutely do not take no for an answer to get your parking pass. They tell you your $100 refundable deposit will be returned upon check out and inspection it is not. They have poor communication you can never reach any one in the office for help. This place is a tourist trap stay far away.

Can't wait until the next trip.

We love this place and stay there 2 or 3 times a year. The location and setup is great.

We did find this time there was a few things that needed attention. They were minor and was taken care of right away.

Pleasant

Nice curb appeal. Everything we would need was in the room including a washer and dryer. That was nice to be able to take home clean clothes.

We had the room right next to the elevator. It was almost like the elevator was in the room with you……all night long, up and down.

No breakfast . It is close to city attractions.

More wash rags. Couchs could be more comfortable. Bigger living room TV.

Location is great, rooms are clean and the value is great.

Check-in office closed earlier than advertised, had to go to alternative site to check-in, was told the office closes at 5pm instead of 7pm. Room cards not ready at check-in, had to be brought to us. Cards were deactivated the day before check-out, had to go get them reactivated. Was never given a parking pass, had to speak to concierge to get it (already spoke with a different one the day before a declined to sit through a presentation for a future discount). The second concierge was very curt when I declined the presentation and said I only needed a parking pass.

I would stay here all the time if I didn’t have to speak with sales reps. however I don’t think I’ll be back because of

size and location

weird checkin with requirement to talk to sales reps for a “parking pass.” the rep was manipulative and condescending.

Great location. Nice apartment set-up.

Check-in procedures required that we go to the concierge to get parking pass. It was really a ploy to get us to sign up for a sales pitch for a time share.. I didn't appreciate that.

Nothing booking .com charge us for the stay and capital vacation charge us we where charge 2 times. I will not stay at this place agaun.

They are thiefs and so is booking.com

We had no complaints about the facility. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, relaxing. Loved the pool and hot tub, we used the outdoor ones but they also have an indoor pool and hot tub. We spent a lot of time on the balcony drinking coffee and talking. Very close to attractions. Quiet and relaxing.

The location and facilities were nice, but it was not welcoming or comfortable due to the awkward sales agenda and rude

The employees pressured me to return to the check in for a “parking pass,” for which I had to speak to a concierge attendant about signing up for a sales pitch. My a/c also didn’t work, and my family could not sleep in the heat.

My stay was just okay. some minor tweaks could have made it much better

The rooms were spacious

Wi-Fi didn’t work, rooms were neat but didn’t feel clean and were a little out dated, the shower in the bathroom needed to be scrubbed well or replaced, grounds and building could use a good power washing

Branson Family Trip

The location, quiet area, yet close to everything.

Townhouse upstairs bedroom was too warm. It had a window where the sunlight hits your face at 6:00 a.m. interrupting sleep.

The above apartmet run their dishwasher after midnight and it was very noisy. To update dishwasher and if possible not run dishwasher after midnight
