Compared to other places that we have stayed in Branson, this one rated low.

It was ok. The room was ok. The bed was not very comfortable.

The bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast did not meet all the hype I had read in other reviews. No pastries, no skim milk and no fresh fruit. No coffee was available during the day.

Can't Wait to get back!

The breakfast was very good. The location is very convenient. The staff are very nice to deal with. We will definitely be returning guests.

The ice machine on the 2nd floor went out which forced everyone else to use the third floor ice machine increasing traffic there. It was very hot, so this is not really a legitimate gripe.

The carpet in the room could probably be replaced. Nothing that would discourage me from staying here again, though.

The room needs updating, especially the mattresses. I did not sleep well because the mattress was so uncomfortable.

It was ok. I would have liked more cereal choices. And a good yogurt

The rooms need better quality pillows, chairs for sitting, and getting grab bars in the rooms should be completed promptly. I didn’t ask for them thinking that it was a standard hotel feature.

It was fabulous.

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. Every time I go to Branson I stay at the Dutton Inn.

Great value!

Despite the age of the inn it is well maintained and clean, we were impressed! Breakfast was good and the atmosphere is nice and comfortable in the dining area. The food was well stocked and everything was kept spotless. Our girls enjoyed making waffles and having warm syrup.

The mattresses are showing their age a bit, the edges have gotten "mushy" and sitting on the side to put on shoes, etc is a bit awkward.

Where it's at!!!

Excellent location. Right in the middle of the action, events, and entertainment. You actually are in walking distance to a lot of the fun!!!

Breakfast was over too soon. Should be extended at least until 10:30am.

Booking advertised a really good breakfast, their web site starts off by advertising a hot breakfast and you have to scroll down about 8 screens to see that in January and February they only serve a continental breakfast. The side of my bed was so soft that I felt like I was going to roll out of bed.
