Its a great and amazing place if you want a view of Gatlinburg this is the place!

It was amazing getting to come and get greeted and with a cookie for my family. The location was perfect with the view and everything. The pools were amazing and fun great hotel. Our bed was very comfortable and the big tv was great.

Will our shower was did not have shampoo in our shower room, their was mold and it was very very wet by our ac unit/ balcony was that was a big problem and we could see the mold. For us to get out on the balcony it was we had to wear our shoes out on the balcony or have soaking wet feet.

Absolutely loved our stay at the double tree.

Cleanliness, comfort, and cookies

Kudzu bug infestation, the hotel is aware of situation which was reassuring that they weren’t keeping it a secret. The hike up the hill to the hotel can be brutal and scary at night. I would suggest that they add more lighting so visitors won’t feel scared making the trip back up to the hotel while trying to evade bears.

They over priced we had to pay for parking and we already paid $962 for the room then when we got there front desk asked that i put a $50 for room service then I get a letter talking about $75 for room services when we already paid $50 when we first checked in then we had to $15 for parking for 2days don’t waste your money pool was very dirty no parking space and we still had to pay for parking

Booked a two king beds room, ended up having one bed with a pullout couch despite the ad for the same price. Cleanliness issues. AC unit leaked. Breakfast buffet was not good. Overpriced food and drinks.

The property was wonderful. I liked the comfort of the room. I liked all toiletries that were provided. I liked the complimentary water and cookies provided to us upon check in.

Saturday night was crowded at the pool. A staff member approached everyone to say that the pool needed to be cleaned at 8 pm. Everyone had to leave the pool for the night.

Breakfast was fresh and miles above the standard hotel brekky. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Views were breathtaking and we did have a chance to see some of the local bears roam the parking lot. Rooms were clean and was our favorite hotel we visited in Tennessee!

I love the location and convenience of the hotel for our family trip

1. Fee for breakfast. 2.No one told me the rate will be higher staying on a higher floor than a lower floor. Me and my sister both had the same room type and her room rate was higher than mine and the front desk said that’s because we book a lower floor than my sister when we check out. I did the booking thru third party and no where we were ask which floor to be on. Seems like when we checked in the room, she could mention the rate was different for each room and could have find another room with same rate. At the time of check in didn’t bother to ask with so much going on. Took sick driving to TN but really enjoy ourselves!

Needs some updating When you have a pet and you book it that way if there is an extra charge it needs to be reflected on the online price . Also it was $15 a day for parking , this also needs to be reflective on the online price . Price of stay was $65 dollars more that the price listed

Loved our stay

It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of parking. Everything was new and updated. I would definitely stay here again.

The only negative was that the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was pretty expensive compared to other restaurants nearby.

Could have been more pleasant if bath facilities had been better!

Great location

Bathroom counter was very small with very limited space for personal toiletry items. Sliding bathroom door offered very limited privacy & most disappointing & horrible was having to run water 15 minutes to even get WARM water! Was told by maintenance as we were on the 3rd floor (over 20 floors) it took longer for water to get to our floor for it to get warm/hot. Not knowing this the 1st night, had to bath & wash my hair in extremely cold water!! Will I stay here again, definitely not on a lower level!

it was BEAUTIFUL!!

Pool area was WAY too busy to not be attended by someone. Also. I have a mobility issue and the only way down to the pool and hot tub is stairs. with a torn MCL I was not able to use this which was VERY disappointing for my little kids and husband. hopefully they learn to cater to the disabled quickly. I’m pretty sure they have to be ADA compliant!

The Park Vista is an excellent hotel that offers quick access for free Gatlinburg. The Breakfast is phenominal and the staff is top rate. The view from your hotel room is great.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Vista and hope to return in the future.

We stayed with my two grandkids, and they loved everything about Park Vista. The room had an amazing view and the beds were so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The slide at the pool was needing repair and the kids couldn't use it. It was disappointing to them. Also, the rooms were not cleaned because of low staff (which we were fine with), but we ran out of towels because we forgot to get more at the front desk.
