Stone lodge is amazing. The water park is so fun but staff and management.

This place the stone lodge is amazing staff is great. They shuttled us over to the water park. Mind you I am disabled with 2 disabled kids with me. One of the 3 boys went under. Lifeguard don't watch. Best of all I had my service dog which 5lbs mind you. in here pouch having a blast with our kids. And a Kid in my book tried to tell me my service dog isn't allowed. I need to leave. I kindly told him know we have been here this long known. Not only he got the main manager. He walks past me, so we were thinking it was about the screaming kid. No I finally walked up an ask him if my service dog that he walked clear past her. Kicks me of the slide Then had the nerve to tell me being disable Im not allowed either. SO VERY GOOD at the Stone Lodge them Ladies helped so much and were so amazing with the care we got. I would go back again. We loved it why we could that 1hr and half play. Long story short Stay at stone lodge. Water park is fun very fun. But management. Offered us a cards to play on the attractions. Well again kids are autistic so few things they can do.

Oh being kicked off for a service animal that played and 3 kids 2 disabled and me disabled. Wilderness management and staff. Like I said we will probably maybe take our kids at.

It was the worst experience I’ve had there. And I always pick that place for the last three years. I won’t anymore.

The location

The patio was never cleaned we couldn’t even sit out there it was disgusting, our blanket had cigarette holes on it, trash throughout the hotel was never changed and over flowing, suppose to have breakfast included and the pancake machine never worked I’ve stayed there three times and I won’t be coming back.

We would stay there again, if our primary choices were booked up.

The room was clean and the hotel was in a great location. The breakfast was just okay.

The woman in the lobby that checked us in was extremely rude to me and my wife on different occasions throughout our stay. There was no place in the room to hang your bath towels.

Excellent place to stay

Great place to stay. Everyone was friendly especially the desk clerks. The rooms was comfortable size and very clean. Loved the creek right off our balcony.

Great value

Room was very comfortable and the beds were great. The breakfast was good and the coffee was great. The location is fine at the end of the Gatlinburg Parkway.

The room wasn't serviced and the coffee wasn't replaced. The pancake maker was out of order on the second morning. It was a little lisy with road noise at times. But overall it was very satisfactory for the price point.

Loved the room.I brought 3 of my kids and we had plenty of room.

The location was awesome so close to the skylight bridge.

The breakfast was just Ok. Eggs weren't good but they did have cereal for my 9 year old that is a picky eater.

The whole experience was great!!!! One of the best things was the breakfast. You offered a great selection and everything was great. Will definitely be back!!!! Loved the deck overlooking the River.

My stay was romantic and perfect.

Bed was super comfortable. The sound of the River was relaxing and made everything so enjoyable. It’s about a 3-5 min walk from the better part of the strip but it’s not bad

stained beds,bath towels,super dirty microwave and shower floor also dirty bed never made during the whole stay and management came out with some rules of cleaning I never heard before in another hotels.overall won’t recommend this property at all after our bad experience.

I would not be returning or recommending this hotel. It needs a better cleaning service.

Cleaning isn’t detailed, I found hair on the pillows and in the shower, multiple stains on the sofa bed which made it seem as if that mattress has not been changed for years. No water anywhere in the hotel not in the breakfast area or the vending machine. My fridge door was broken and sitting to the side where it could have easily fallen on my two year old daughter.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was nice

The sheets on the bed were gross. They looked dirty and it made us question our choice about the room. The lady behind the desk stayed on her cellphone while customers were checking in.. I had to ask for clean sheets for our bed.
