Disappointed. Place was disgusting and filthy.

Nothing to like. It was horrible.

Place was so dirty. I had to wipe stuff down because there was still trash from previous guest. They didn’t clean room once during stay. It looked abandoned on outside. Promotes free breakfast which is the only reason I booked this one besides it being closer to my destination, but there was none. Two elevators and both didn’t work. Vending machines out of order, pool wasn’t open. Not that I would go seeing how dirty the room was. The whole hotel smells like smoke even though there are multiple signs for no smoking. Place was overall disgusting. Also on the first night there was a man screaming all up in the halls, throwing stuff in his room, banging the walls and going outside and proceeding to scream. Nothing was done this went on from 1-3 in the morning.

It was close to the highway

The hotel was dirty, my room didn’t have any heat and was told they didn’t have any other rooms and to talk to the manager about refund in the morning. The manager denied the refund and said there were other rooms available. Also I did not feel safe at this location

The non-smoking room reeked, there were cockroaches in bathroom, in drawer and on floor. Microwave was filthy and tissue holder was rusty. Extremely noisy elevator was the least problem.

Unfortunately I would not stay here again.

The man at the front desk at check in was very friendly and helpful. Our first room we were assigned was not cleaned. He was very apologetic and quick to fix the problem and upgraded our room for the night. That staff member is the only reason it got bumped to a 2 rating instead of 0.

Our first room was dirty and was not cleaned ( that had been rectified). The new room we were assigned the AC fan was broken and was making such a loud clicking noise no one could sleep. The bed side lights and electrical outlets did not work. The curtains do not cover the whole window so street lights shine in your eyes. The toilet only flushed half the time, the TV remote was broken, the bathtub was dirty. The elevator looks and sounds like it’s on its last legs and often took you to the wrong floor.

If I’m ever in Winston-Salem again and that’s the only place there is to stay I’ll stay in my car

The location was horrible. It was in the horrible part of town. The breakfast in the pictures was nonexistent, they had stale cereal, instant grits, and maybe six pieces of bread to make toast. The orange juice machine was broken along with every ice machine in the motel. No kidding.

The room I reserved a room month ago why is it ready? They didn’t know what they had ready so I guess a manager had to walk us around to find a room that was ready. The first floor we went on he said had a long-term residence and it stunk.

Awful Customer Service from hotel and booking

I booked online through booking. I come to check in and was told the computer was wrong we have no rooms. He looked up from his phone playing his “skill” games and. said I won’t be charged and I told him I prepaid. 2 weeks and still not refunded by the hotel or Booking . Avoid at all costs if you can.

They lied to my face and have been paid for a room they never provided

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the ladies at the front desk, Christy and Bernice. They were very professional.

The floors in our room were not the cleanest. The toilet seat was visibly dirty although there was a “sanitized “ label on it. The area didn’t feel the safest.

Not one single thing!!!

The fact that I booked 2 weeks in advance and when I went to check in I was told the King room I booked wasn't available, they were overbooked and it was 1st come 1st serve, but we could a room that was being remodeled . Needless to say after 10 hours of driving and it being 11pm we didn't have much of a choice. The room was absolutely disgusting! There was hair all over the sink, drywall pieces all over the floor, the toilet seat wasn't fully attached, the bathroom door was rotted, the door to the room was about 2 inches off the floor so all noise in the hall could be heard. The stairwell, elevator, and hall smelled like Marijuana. I am extremely upset I paid $150 for that place, I would've been better off sleeping in my car!!

The beds we’re comfortable and the tv selection was good ( except no guide of channels). Our 2 rooms were across from one another. Night clerk was sweet and very helpful.

Elevator sounded as if it would fall apart and randomly would stop. Other elevator out of order. The halls smelled strongly of marijuana. Shady people. Three which approached my pregnant daughter and tried to get her to ride elevator with them. One of the beds in the double room was broke. Breakfast consist of grits and toast. Very disappointing stay. Would never recommend. I am a former employee of another Ramada and was horribly disappointed in this site.

what was there to like ? the elevator reminded me of the movie “devil”. the first room it took another trip down stairs and almost 15mins to get in just for it to be disgusting and the ac not to work. the second room took another 10mins to get in just for it to smell funny. roaches galore. they had some kind of party down stairs and the people PAYING to stay there had no where to park so I couldn’t leave and go anywhere else with fear of not having a parking spot when I returned. the whole experience was just disgusting to say the least! will NEVER stay there again!

The room was large and had a hot tub. When we arrived they said they had to upgrade us because there were no rooms like we booked available.. It scares me to think what the original room looked like

Cars in the parking lot with broken glass.this really made me think it wasn't safe to park my car there. Every time we came and left an addict accosted us at the hotel doors to ask absurd questions and say bizarre things.the neighborhood is really skechy with gang tags everywhere and police sirens all night.. The room was dirty and stains everywhere. We didn't dare sit on the couch. Both TVs did not work at all.and the remote was filthy.. Pillows were stained and had no pillow coverings on them. They were not even on the bed but stacked on a nearby table. We did no use them of course. I really regret not leaving immediately but our schedule demanded we just get through the night and leave as early as possible. It really was the worst I have ever seen. The general lack of cleanliness made us not even consider eating their Continental breakfast.

the employee that helped me check in was incredibly nice.

the elevator is barely hanging on. I’m not sure how it’s still legal to allow guests to use it! we chose to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs, with luggage, rather than use the elevator. the hotel smelled like old cigarettes and the counter and bathtub were stained with rust colored rings. you also have to ask the front desk to inspect your room at the end to get your deposit back otherwise they keep it.
