Pleasant accomodations overall.

Excellent. Good choices. Very clean facility.

Third party reservation system made our late arrival very unpleasant! Situation salvaged by extremely competent desk manager.

The omelets at breakfast

They accused my room of smoking with no proof stole 240.00 dollars out of account. Pets were all about not very sanitary.

Beds are so comfortable and pillows too. Very clean rooms and receptionist was very friendly and informative. Plus they have hot breakfast with alot to choose from.

They took out the jacuzzi/hot tub in the pool area.

Exceptional

Loved the new room. It was very nice! All the plug ins made it very nice, we were able to plug everything in and have it at our fingertips. We've been averaging being there once a month for a few days each time and we love staying there!! They treat us like family :)

I loved the staff! My son is in the military and I have not seen him in 7 months. My household was getting over covid when he was to arrive so I booked him this room at first so we could be safe. Booking.com did something on their end which didn't show I even had a reservation that I booked well over a week prior. But the manager got on the phone with booking.com to resolve. Even before it was resolved she handed me keys anyways so I could put snacks in the room for my son. The staff at this hotel was amazing! I was panicked spending almost $700 for my son to have a safe visit. But the staff fixed it all for me

The staff is friendly! The bedding is very comfortable. Great shower. Breakfast options were pretty good.

It is due for an update which I believe has started. We were having breakfast as a family while the vacuuming was being done around the dining area. It would have been thoughtful to wait to vacuum that area until the breakfast time was over at 10:00 am.

with a couple of exceptions the room was clean, roomy and it is a great location.

location, friendly staff

toilets are mounted very low to the floor. if this is the new norm I will need to ask for handicapped accessible . Trash cans very small. Had to leave take out bags on desk.

There nothing I can say was really wrong other than it was a bit pricey for a weekday!

Disastrous vacation but comfortable enough accomodations

I was there for my birthday and my husband ended up having a massive heart attack. Staff were friendly enough. Two staff members were incredibly helpful. They pregnant lady was the sweetest and then a morning lady was very sweet.

Outdoor pool and hot tub. Pool was not heated. Beds were ok.

The staff was so friendly, the breakfast was delicious and everywhere in the hotel was clean and pretty. It’s our second stay there and we will stay again when in town.
