Great choice for whom without sleeping problems.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is pretty good. The room is clean and fully equipped. Breakfast is good.

Excellent location but contact the property about extra fees

Even though the front desk appeared to be understaffed, my overall experience with the staff was very positive. The free breakfast options were limited but well done. The room was spacious with a functional kitchen and a nice desk/work area.

Quoted price with Booking was $259.23. What I ended up paying was $391.20. Everyone should contact the property to learn about the fees that Booking doesn't disclose. The extra fees could be avoided with advance knowledge. Noisy maintenance in the room above and insects in the bath and kitchen area. Rooms next to ongoing maintenance should be taken out of service.

Friendly, staff. Good breakfast. Good location.

Had to change rooms due to cockroaches. Then saw them in the new room too. No comp offered for the inconvenience of packing up and relocating rooms mid-stay.

Really good room!

The room was very spacious the amenities were of plenty I really don't have a negative thing to say other than maybe the shower it was a good shower but I think the shower head definitely needs to be replaced other than that I don't really have any negative things to say.

The shower head was the only thing that I personally think needs to be updated or replaced.

I will not stay here again.

This hotel was nasty. Dishes in the dishwasher not clean. Bathroom pee stains on it. Bugs in the room. Ask to be moved and said that they were full.

Our first visit to one of your hotels and we will definitely be trying others.

Every staff member we encountered seemed genuinely committed to making our visit exceptional. That, combined with the clean and well cared for facility, made our brief stay one we will long remember.

The property is beautiful and the staff was amazing.

I did not like that online it gave me a total amount including tax and when I arrived the amount was about $300 more.

This was a great place to stay with good amenities and close to downtown.

The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and varied each day! Employees were polite and kind always welcoming you back and helpful!

Fitness center could use some maintenance for AC. The club next door was quite loud throughout the night and it could be easily heard.

Overall disappointment

I liked the kitchen but it had no oven only stove top.

Reviews were miss leading!! The bed and pillows have no comfort flat and hard. Bedding was also stained. Both sink and shower wouldn’t drain properly. Also no cleaning services daily unless asked. Even when I did they didn’t come for a lite cleaning. Location surrounding area have homeless everywhere. Forced to pay $40 valet parking per night plus tax. Website said $30 per night. Breakfast didn’t have a variety of products to fit a vegetarian or anti pork diet. All bread and cereal. Eggs and pork bacon. Very limited for such a large hotel.

I truly enjoyed my stay. I will be back.

Hotel location was perfect for my birthday weekend. It was close the venue. And very close to the river walk. The staff especially the the parking attendances were awesome. Breakfast was fine. I'm a vegan so it wasn't much to choose from. But the fruit was good. I loved that the oatmeal was prepared with water instead of milk.

Not enough vegan options for breakfast. Please consider getting planet based milks and eggs.

I will not stay in this hotel again.

The staff was nice and professional. The location was great as it was near the Alamo, a shopping center, and the river walk.

I was over charged compared to the price I booked the room at online (I am still trying to resolve this). The sink experienced a back flow. There was residual trash on the floor and in the trash can from the previous tenants.

One of the employees lend us their stroller because we forgot it. super helpful. the manager even took my sister to the doctor and picked her up.
