it was decent, but unfortunately I probably won’t be back

The beds were comfy

Clogged drains, jets in the whirlpool did not work, over populated hotel bar which we couldn’t utilize due to it being crazy packed, overpriced snacks

Excellent place and professional staff - I felt at home but in luxury!

One of the best all around places I’ve stayed. All staff were excellent, friendly and seemed to enjoy their job.

I liked everything about it.

Very dissatisfied.

I took my daughters there to get away for the weekend and I was unaware that there would be construction. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend turned out to be super frustrating and we had to move rooms. Both rooms sounded like someone was hitting a hammer right next to your ear. I emailed for a refund. I never receive it.

It’s a great getaway spot to relax and have fun with a partner or mingle if you’re single

The breakfast was good but pricey. The hotel is right in the middle of a lot of restaurants and shops and not far from Granite Park.

Everything was great except the shower wasn’t as clean with hairs on floor but everything else was great.

Disappointing

The H Vac in our room was very loud. It was "repaired" after the first night, but continued to be loud each day/night. There was a banging noise every 30 minutes or so. Also the deadbolt on the door contstintly stuck in the lock position. We should have asked for a different room.

It was very practical for our quick vacation with the kids.

Fruits infused chilled water at the reception was welcoming. The restaurant staff were excellent. They constants went above and beyond for us. I travelled with 3 kids (1,5,7 years) All our fussy eating were catered for nicely.

Internet was slightly unstable during our stay. There was no robe and slippers at all. Our room in particular may have had issues with the vent. A little more noisier than expected.

Excellent facility, weak on some details

Very comfortable bed. Very quiet. Excellent exercise and pool facilities. Easy to use parking garage. Very friendly and helpful staff. I loved the location and thought the price was excellent for the value received.

There was no information about room service or dining options in the room. At this level of hotel, I expected more options. When I called the front desk to learn about room service, I had to go online to find a menu and call back. The food was delivered on paperware. Also, there was no way to connect my laptop to the television. For a "business-oriented hotel" that is unacceptable. The electronics were reminiscent of hotels of 20 years ago.
