I loved the customer service of the front desk staff.
The water took a minute to get warm-hot for the shower. However, the second day, water turned on quickly.

Just the location
The costumer service is terrible, You must make sure at the time of making your reservation that everything is as you planned and need it, because when you are there, they change the conditions and nothing can be done. In all the room offers it says that breakfast is included, but when you arrive at the site they tell you that it is not and that it costs 25 dollars per person per day, an unpleasant moment for a large family that goes with the hope of having everything planned and with a budget and that must be changed because as a client you are exposed and without any protection that looks after your interests, it is terrible on a trip.
Add to that finding terrible customer service at the hotel, where they tell you "we can't do anything", call the person who sold you the reservation, you call the person who did it and they don't resolve anything either and worse still, they respond to your complaint 7 days after leaving the hotel, with a negative response saying that in the end nothing could be done and that they are right when clearly one is and the evidence proves it and simply in the initial call they take you out of the "taco" just so that you leave confident that everything will be resolved and just let time pass so that when they respond to you the same thing nothing is done or resolved in your favor and you leave and that's it!! and nothing has happened, everyone is normal in their life, nobody paid the consequences of their ineffectiveness and negligence because you are just another client (without knowing how many other people they do the same to). But your family lived a terrible experience that is not forgotten with anything.

Location spot on, very close to the Olympic park, Coca-Cola museum and restaurants/bars.
Could not use the balcony since there was a huge generator that made exstreme noise.

The hotel was nice. I just didn’t like the ice machine wasn’t working. I had a balcony room but it was a corner room so the room was EXTRA Tight we could barely fit through the door with luggage.

Room was clean, very nice. Great bed, TV had my name on the screen, And I could access my own Netflix account. The bar served pimento cheese deviled eggs which were amazing and the bartenders were very nice.
Valet only parking was disappointing and cost $55 a night . I was actually charged $84 for something that no one explained to me. The valet Line was very long and took about 45 minutes for me to check in. I expected breakfast to be complimentary, as did many of the guests, only to find $25 charged to the room for it. No microwave in the room. Door needs to be fastened hard to shut. Staff could have been friendlier. Poor view from my room, facing a wall.

I stayed 2 nights, but was charged 3 days of parking $150. Breakfast was way worse than the free breakfast at most hotels. $29 per person.
Do better! This is a beautiful, upscale hotel! Your breakfast needs to shine! The number of days you stay should equal number of days for parking.

This hotel helped my boyfriend & I out when our Delta flight was cancelled & we were stranded around 1:30am. The man at the front desk was waiting for our arrival & check-in was seamless. I’m sorry I never got his name :(

Very nice welcoming clean room with my name on the tv.
In the bathroom the shower head was not putting out water properly and the water was turned all the way up.it was trickling water out and you had to stand directly under the shower head to get wet. The yogurt from breakfast was spoiled

The breakfast is on point the hostess the small black greeted me with respect and knowing how too keep me comfortable just by showibg me around and telling and talking too me Just making me feel at home . I have to say that thus place has made its mark on the map. The place is clean even it was gwtting renovated to a high class the front desk greeted ne with respect and how too treat a guest whitch that start a home manners and kove the room comfort the sheets the pillows and the atmosphere the breakfast hostess that greet you in mourning to have breakfast with a smile . A restarurant that you select from there menu that is on point at late night love thus place and i will come back again oh dod mention that the price was right too stay there . 👍👌✊️great staff .

Mal servicio no ayudaban a conseguir taxi, te mandaban a la calle siendo peligroso, nadie habla español en ese hotel, no limpian la habitacion, el desayuno es el mismo todos los dias , el restaurante no trabaja para el almuerzo, no dan ni agua en la habitacion, la luz es baja en la habitacion, no tienen construccion anti ruido, se escucha todo lo que hablan en la calle, y yo estaba en el 4to piso.

Was in downtown Atlanta and we accessed easily from the Interstate. There's a bit of history to the property too. We were just stopping overnight on our trip further South and room and bathroom facilities were good.

Got over charged for stay and never received any accommodation for the delay in getting a room 2 hrs later after I arrived .The next morning we had no water to take shower or brush our teeth.

I loved the appearance of the hotel -- both inside and out. It was beautiful and gave a kind of retro 60s look. It was comfortable and the staff were all helpful and nice.
It was also very close to a lot of things for me. Bars, restaurants, activities, etc. It was a great location and not too difficult to drive around in the area.
The only issue I would say would be parking. This was not too bad, however, as they had a valet. If you did not want to pay for valet, there was a parking garage walking distance from the hotel. It was not even a full minute walk away.

My room. The bathroom door was a rolling door that wouldn't stay closed called and it was attempted to be fixed. It closed but was extremely hard to open. I spent the entire time thinking I was going to be stuck in there.

The pictures looked beautiful and it was a great location
Everything was extremely overpriced We got there and they ended up charging us more than what I booked. They were remodeling so everything was a mess. You couldn’t use the front doors and there was no signs telling you what was going on. The front customer service was completely rude Took them 20 minutes to my reservation. While he made fun of Booking.com reservations . The pool wasn’t open, even though the website said it was on the other site parking was more expensive than what it was when I booked it through the other hotel name the other ones said parking was $35. I ended up having to pay valet $55 and then got overcharged three times. For one night . The rooms were so tiny and the beds were so uncomfortable. And the shower leaked everywhere.
