Everything was wonderful, except that no one was watching the pool to make sure that people that weren’t staying at the

I like all the activities they had for you to do. Game room, pool, workout

People that weren’t staying at the hotel we’re coming there to go swimming. It was so many people in one group and they were obnoxious and I was trying to let my grand child that is to swim and they were so rowdy she couldn’t.

Pets were welcome!! Lost power and needed a comfortable place for the night. Spacious room and nice accommodations.

Frustrating

The room was a great size and it slept good

That we didn’t have hot water until it was right before check out. We had to hurry and take a shower at the last minute when it was time for us to leave to bring our son back to college. Also as the breakfast team was cleaning I watched one of the staff push items down in the trash with there hands and then wet a rag and wipe down the counter and moving the utensils customers used without washing her hands.

We were miserable with the heat but at the end of the day staff made it right at check out time.

Location was great!

AC was broken, light in bathroom didn’t work and the gap around the door was so wide you could hear everything.

The room was a good size and clean

There was no soap by the bathroom sink, I have to wash my hands with shampoo, the always leading to the rooms from the elevators smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke

Clerk NES was amazing!!!

Everything was clean, my family and I really enjoyed our time. Breakfast was great as well. We are planning a trip again next month.

The rooms and the amenities however The reason we booked a hotel was to go swimming and enjoy the pool of amenity unfortunately the pool was closed 😏

I didn't like the fact that it was a lot of miscommunication. And it does not say on your website that it is a $150 deposit. And you have to use a card. To pay them deposit, you cannot pay cash. So it took a long time to get checked. In and I could not extend my room because the guy at the front desk said I booked through a third party and I would have to pay another $150 deposit. And I didn't even get the first deposit back on my car.d yet So that was not right at all.

I liked my room, but not the noise from Aircon and refrigerator..

The breakfast was good. the bed very good. The location in terms of noise from the high way

The aircon couldn't be switched off . It was very noisy. I switched it off myself in the HFI relay. The refrigerator was extremely noisy also - I had to switch it off at night, There was no outdoor area with sun in the afternoon. The only outdoor area was placed next to all the aircon ventilators, and had no sun in the afternoon.

I did like how comfortable the room felt. It was pretty cozy.The bed was very comfortable. It was firm but yet comfortable. I liked the idea of the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, I just feel like it should be automatic dispenser because how many guest have to use it. The body wash wasn't full as if it was new. Overall the staff was very nice.They greet you from the moment you walk in the door. They would be the reason I visit again. My kids enjoyed the breakfast also.

I did not like that there was a piece of hair in the shower &on the floor, but it was a easy clean up. I just would say as a former cleaner just double check your work. Mistakes can be made.

I didn't like how the reservation process went and should have been aware of what happened to me not having a reservation when I booked back in August only to pay more in my opinion

Overall we enjoyed our stay

The rooms were spacious & the staff was very nice. They did good with accommodating me & my family.

They could do a better job with housekeeping. They really need to do a thorough check in the rooms after a guest leaves to make sure it’s right for the next guest.

Overall I had an exceptional experience and look forward to visiting again soon.

The property was secluded yet in the heart of the area. it was quiet, clean and a welcomed environment for rest and relaxation.

I wished the pool was indoors and that the facility had a hot tub.
