The breakfast was good and it changed daily and I loved that they switched it up. The area was clean and the staff were very attentive to re stocking the breakfast bar. I don't eat pork and they had a alternative option every morning. The staff was great with making suggestions and giving directions there were restaurants near the hotel. I had a late check in and when we arrived the staff was amazing the customer service was on point.

They need more carts to bring luggage in with there were none available upon my arrival.

Amazing staff but the most inconvenient hotel stay ever

Shasta was spectacular!! That woman made breakfast amazing and was great with the kids. She wouldn’t let me clean up after the kids which I’m used to doing but it was just so nice to have staff who cared. There was one other, I think his name is jay! He was awesome with the kids as well. These two interacted with us all so much. Great location and close to lots of places I needed to go!

We get checked in and go to our room and it’s dirty… stains on the corner of the sheets, stains on the shower curtain, the floors weren’t swept, the microwave siding was hanging on(microwave did work), dishwasher was broken. There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed. Drain clog for the bath tub was broken. They did get that fixed the next day. The pool was disgusting. The bathroom door had something all over it, I took a hot soapy rag and cleaned it up.

Great value hotel close to the Tampa airport.

The staff at this location were above and beyond- always available and friendly. Facilities were nice to work out of with the suites having comfortable chairs and desks. All in all, if you are looking for a place to work out of and crash this is a great value and a good spot close to the airport.

The pull out couch bed was a bit uncomfy but the regular bed was great. The mattress within the couch was pretty old and if I had to use an extended stay, it would have been difficult to sleep on that bed for more than a few days.

Great location and excellent staff!

Great location and the staff was awesome.

A little dated. We had 3 in our party and ended up using the pull out couch. It was broken and very flimsy. If the beds could be updated it would improve your stay a lot.

VERY disappointed by the business practices of this hotel chain and management!!

Average hotel

We found out AFTER arriving in our room that house keeping had covered up a burn mark in the carpet with an ottoman and after we had checked out accused US of causing the damage. Thay have charged us an additional $150.00 UNAUTHORIZED charge to our credit card. WILL NOT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! And since they charged us AFTER we had checked out and left the city they can do this to EVERYONE who stays in that room!

Nice hotel near the airport

Room was nice & cozy. Staff was nice! There was a restaurant/bar within walking distance, and airport was across the street.

Breakfast could have been better. I am used to scrambled eggs but this hotel had boiled eggs so a little disappointing but I did appreciate the pork & turkey options for their sausage patties.

Comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced.

Clean room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A big shout out to the lady looking after guests at breakfast - she was great!

Aged hotel, half naked people lurking around the hotel

Convenient airport hotel

The location was just what we wanted, something close to the airport since we took a late flight. The room was comfortable and we had a good breakfast prior to leaving.

The layout of our specific room was a little strange (closets in strange places). Figuring out parking when arriving late at night was a little confusing, although we eventually parked close by (which was fine).

not worth the price

the breakfast was good, but make sure to get their early or some food may be gone. we were there 45 minutes before closing time and a lot of stuff was gone.

The beds were hard, the pull out couch had stains all over it, the rooms were tiny. We booked the Queen studio with sofa bed. At first we thought our key wasn’t working because we couldn’t get into our room, but the door was just too large for the door frame and was extremely hard to open and close. Our neighbors were probably not happy hearing us open and shut the door because of how loud and hard it was. The pool had a lot of bugs in it

Great night sleep feels like home

This was one of the best hotels ive ever been to. The facilities were exceptional. Super romantically convenient 24/7 access to a large pool 4+ exits 2 large and updated elevators amazingly functional washer dryer room. Free breakfast, tea and snacks were always available location is as best as you can get to the airport and local restaurants for a very decent price. Room was so clean I did not mind sleeping directly on the pillows and sheets. Hotel room also came with an entire full size stove, fridge, and microwave. Reserved for free and paid at the location, I think the best part about my stay was the FREE 24/7 SHUTTLE SERVICE to and from the airport which was convenient for me and my toddler

Only thing was the Pool was kind of dirty but 24/7 ACCESS to the pool and extra clean towels were available so that made everything better!!!

Very convienient to the Tampa airport. Staff was friendly, professional and provided a nice breakast. Front desk provided complementary water bottles and answered several questions I had.

Could have a place to put suitcase on in room. Had to use the bed them put it on the floor after.

pull out sofa mattress is so thin, teenage girl who weighs 98 pounds could feel the metal bars. had to ask for bedding for the sofa

clean friendly staff. I flew over to see Tom Brady and Buccs so location was close. shuttle pickup was easy and nice bar with very reasonably priced and good food.

breakfast was a little bare. mostly breads bacon and eggs would have been nice but all in all it was ok

overall hotel was good, breakfasts awesome, staff outstanding, perfect location just wish no bugs.

set up in rooms was mice and they had pretty much everything you would need

our room was way smaller than it looked, main comforter on bed was stained, curtain was broken along with shelves in bathroom, rip in carpet by tv and roaches in kitchen.

convenient to airport and staff were lovely and friendly. walking distance to World of beer
