Disappointing

Had an issue with the deposit of $80 they did not note when you booked. Once at the location I called to explain the client's current situation and the front desk lady was nice, but the manager Angelic was not understanding at all. The management on site did not want to give me the managers information and when I left mine, she never called me back. I understand your running a business, but being empathetic and understanding to clients' needs and emergencies is essential. I would never book her again nor recommend to anyone I know.

Exceptional

Angelica was wonderful at the desk. She made us feel welcome. It was good to see a smiling face each time we left and returned. We hope she is there next time we visit.

The hot water took 5 minutes twice to get hot. We were in room 311, and there is an indent in the carpet/floor at the end of the window bed that needs to be looked at. Thank you.

Very good

Bed was super comfortable, room is nice and clean, there is a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. (Wasn't anything wrong with my shower, had perfect pressure.) Good lighting, staff knocks on door everyday to see if you need anything and provides it promptly, sheets and pillow cases were clean, cool and crispy. Air conditioner worked great, eating table and chairs in each room. There's a washer and dryer in lobby if you need it as well as snack and soda machine's. McDonald's right across the street, Thornton's a block and a half away. Good value for price.

Windows are filthy, could hardly see outside, TV on the small side.

This hotel is more of a motel - don't expect more.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect.

The room wasn't cleaned very well before we stayed in it. One of the bathroom hand towels had something black covering most of one side, and there were no plugs in the drains. Housekeeping didn't come to the room the first 2 days of our stay (we were there for 3 nights, 4 day time). When we called the front desk on the first day of no housekeeping, we were told that they only cleaned every other day. They said they would make sure it was cleaned the next day - they didn't. We had to call to get fresh towels.

The breakfast was below average

The shower was broken and I was unable to take one in the morning. I did not feel like asking for a room change. The staff insisted that someone had rented room 121 for week and never complained. Ridiculous. They obviously never took a shower during the week. There is no way that shower repair was recent. The caulk was old and the fixture a mess. I was too tired from the wedding the night before to complain. I asked for a rain check they said no. I asked for a discount when checking in and they said. I. The clerk watching the front was missing for 19 minutes while I tried to check in. I say all this because I just used a super 8 in Iowa city that was wonderful do I had a ready comparison. !!The location was remote and slightly dketchy

As mentioned before horrible…

I wasn’t happy with anything. The whole experience we disappointing.

Your site said the deposit was $50. They have a typed sign saying the deposit was $75 The elevator wasn’t functioning and being on the 3rd floor and a stroke survivor this was stressful. They cleaned a room and put the exact same sheets on the bed. They did the same to my room as i was checking out. It was nasty. This was a no smoking facility but my sheets had a cigarette burn in them.

I do not advise anyone to go in there and not spend the night

I slept in this hotel on February 22. entered the room which was dirty, everything smelled of marijuana (probably someone before me). The room was sprayed with some strong perfume to eliminate that smell. Since I'm a truck driver, I was tired, I overslept. Smoked two cigars outside, never inside and when I left, they charged me $250, a smoking fine even though I didn't smoke in the room. I work for a company that has 1000 drivers, I will do my best to make sure that everyone finds out about the scam you are using and that no one sleeps in your hotel anymore. Shame!!!

Everything. It was nice & comfy; breakfast is very good; coffee & tea is available around the clock; & it’s quiet for the most part here. Got plenty of rest & sleep as well as taking care of personal business.

The Heating unit is a little loud & drowns-out the TV volume when its running.

Room was in poor condition and had an unpleasant smell. You could hear everything through the paper thin door - very noisy. The bathrooom was old and in need of repair/remodel. No selection for breakfast and the few yoghurts were expired.

NO water pressure

The hotel itself is fine,. Standard super 8 expectations. Room was comfortable, small bathroom but convenient and met my needs.

Absolutely NO water pressure. The shower was like using a squirt gun. Barely able to rinse the soap off. It t took almost 30 minutes just to shower. The bathroom sink faucet was a trickle that wasn't even enough for my toothbrush. I had stayed here before but couldn't remember the history until I went to shower.... The water pressure is a constant not just a one time issue.

poor experience!!! At the front desk, no one will attend to you when you want to check. You will need to pick your phone

I’m glad no one broke into my car.
