Stay was ok.

Nice staff. Clean. Convenient to downtown.

No bulb in desk lamp in our room. Lady at the desk got one. Refrigerator was not running. Plug breaker had tripped. Your cleaning staff showed make sure all is working when they clean.

Decent, but probably won't stay at again.

The location was good. Close to the botanical gardens and restaurants. Seemed as though it was a safe area, a little difficult to see if you don't know where you're going, but still decent location.

Our room wasn't the cleanest. There was a red stain on the base of the toilet (we didn't go near it so I'm assuming it was blood or a dark red wine). Our digital key never worked on our hotel room door. The staff wasn't very pleasant and didn't answer the phone when I called nor were they available at the front desk when I would go down there. It just didn't seem like this Hilton maintained the same standards as other Hiltons I've stayed at in the past.

The snacks, etc offered near the front dest and avaible 24/7 were way over priced....

It was nice to be out of the house for a night.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The coffee maker was dirty and mildew was in the shower. Hair was on the bathroom floor, along with being on the shower walls. The sink was kinda of stopped up and the handle leaked water

It was a nicely decorated hotel, and it was clean. Check in lady was very nice. It's right off the highway and easy to get to the things we needed.

Hospitable staff, excellent property

The fronts desk clerk was extremely helpful when our plans made it necessary to check in early. Also it was a newer property, and was extremely clean and well maintained

The location wasn’t ideal for our stay, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. If I’d come to visit the space center it would have been ideal

The hotel was clean and orderly. The room was nice. The king-size bed was very comfortable and I particularly appreciate the fact the HVAC was thermostat controlled. A small thing, but I like the Neutrogena brand toiletries.

Overall a nice stay. The staff was attentive. However, as we waited for an attendant to check us in, she took a few minutes to get there and was not very friendly and seemed to be "rattling off a script" she'd been instructed to say. Which initially I thought was rude. Then, I saw that she was also cleaning and sanitizing the hotel when not at the front desk. So, in the multi tasking she may have lost some enthusiasm for customer service and just wanted to get her job done. Something management might want to be aware of when scheduling staff.

It was pleasant, comfortable and safe.

Hotel was clean-and decorated beautifully. Front desk staff was very helpful

No complimentary breakfast of any kind. I understand paying for dinner but breakfast?? For the nightly rate a continental breakfast should be included. Also in the hall leading to our room you could smell wet dog. I am all for pet friendly and thankful the odor wasn’t in our room but I thought this should be brought to someone’s attention

Location was great and the hotel is beautiful, great pool and gym

Their is a very expensive pet fee and it is per animal. The pet fees cost more than a 1 night stay. The hotel contental breakfast is not included but is very nice selection.

Great location for our travels. We needed a couple of quiet nights in the middle of hectic schedule and this hotel was perfect. Onsite restaurant was great and the pool was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location very close to space museum 👌

Bar tender was more focused on HIS profit line and how "cute and quirky " his one liners were, and tricked us into paying for something we didn't order. A LOT of wink wink ... Dinner cook didn't know how to prepare our dishes, very poor and Very slow. Ours was the only ticket in. It took 25 minutes to produce 2 entrées Was not surprised to see only us and 2 others there during a peek dinner/cocktail hour. Hmmmm Does ANYONE even check to see why sales are low?
