Exceptional

The hotel room was clean and convenient to where I needed to be. The water in the shower was hot during the entire shower. The coffee was good. The bed was comfortable. Ok for just one night.

I did not like the noise the light made in the bathroom. The air vent could have been a choice, but there was only one choice. It was noisy. The outside steps were nasty with beer cans and cigarette butts. The muffins were hard. The bed linen was hard.

Is a motel.. no a hotel don't belive the pictures.

Would have been pleasant if those things mentioned were taken care of.

I liked the nice ladies behind the desk. They were sweet and courteous, and very willing to help.

I think someone was working against the interests of the lodging. The stove top was left on full blast when I got into the room, there was an unpleasant vibration coming the floor like the bathroom fan on the unit below me had been left on, and there was something smeared on the desk. I heard someone else say that the burners were left on in his room, also, and the elevator reeked of cigarette smoke. Also the phone did not work.

Great stay. Concerning guests

The cleanliness. The comfort. It was close to the restaurants

The guest above me sounded like he was trying to enter my room thru the bathroom hatch every morning between 2 and 3 am. He also stood outside in the parking lot in front of my door smoking a cigarette all the time. He made me very uncomfortable

The room was good for a one night stay but I wouldn’t stay there more than that.

The staff and it was far from the event I was attending

The room wasn’t very clean, there was a light smell, the bathroom sink was stopped up ( I was offered another room) and no outdoor smoking area.

I did not like anything about this hotel!!!

😳It's definitely not worth the money it's way overpriced!! 🤦🏻‍♀️it was horrible my room was not clean you could tell the sheets were dirty!! 🤮 the bathroom was disgusting 🤢 there is no ice machine the drink machine took my money on top of the fact the manager on duty told me there was no change when I went in the office and asked for change for the drink machine after it took my money...🥺 they offer a granola bar and coffee for breakfast😭 which is insane considering it's $120 a night sometimes more with tax I got some kind of bite on my arms🐕‍🦺 there was dogs everywhere up there I heard barking all night I just wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The stay was comfortable.

The breakfast was all we needed while on the road. The location worked for us. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom vent fan was clogged with lint and not operating. I reported it to the staff. They seemed eager to rectify the problem.

It was just ok

No ice on property, no outlet reachable, stay 3 night want clean towels everyday that all. Pet barking all night n day.more tv channels. Telephone was just decorating cause it wasn’t nowhere to be plugged at. Could not call front desk if needed them.

Disappointing

Not much really all a bit tired

Breakfast was basic at. Best Room was basic and tired. Front door did not lock so insecure . staff not really bothered by this when I reported it.

This place should be the last one if you don’t find some better ones

Good area everything is close

Not satisfied with Breakfast, only coffee and minor cakes. Place should remove breakfast included nothing to eat or drink. Staff is friendly, smells.

Computers down said night clerk as I had problem checking in! Elevator didn’t work as that was the only one! clerk sent me wrong directions to my room and put me on third floor where I have disability on one of my ankles and made 4 trips up the stairs with my luggage and sketchy people in parking lot and on balconies as I was checking in after dark! 2nd worst motel I have ever stayed in and they advertised free breakfast and they had stale muffins as I tried two of them, breakfast bars that were hard and old as it was a bad joke!

they made it work for me after my original reservation at a different property was not honored

floors in kitchen and bathroom were super sticky Confusing: said breakfast at 6am-office however does not open until 7am. I had to tuck key under office door for check out.

Pleasant

Staff was really helpful and the beds were real comfortable

I was double booked for the room and they charged me 1400 plus dollars. And then took a whole week to get back to me about the extra deposit and then told me it's gonna be another 5 to 6 business days before I got that money back
