Other than the hot water issue it was nice.

I’ve stayed the multiple times. Always clean very well maintained. Great customer service

Terrible General Manager has yet to respond about compensation

Didn’t stay for breakfast. Based on my initial experience with cleanliness of the room , I decided it wasn’t a good idea. Location was fine

Filthy carpet, toilet bowl had a ring around the inside as if it needs cleaning & the bed was very uncomfortable.

Stay was well. Breakfast was good. I made a reservation by accident but the facility wouldn't give a refund. Even after I cancelled it immediately. I still had to pay for another night

Average stay - no major complaints

The convenient location and the breakfast. The staff was very friendly as well.

The heat in my room was old and it was very loud as it turned off and on. It made a loud roaring sound. When the heat went off you could feel cold air blowing in under it.

Superb

When a noisy mechanical problem with the HVAC window unit happened, I was given a room switch. Manager Charles was definitely on top of things! Paula the breakfast room manager was a delight!

Eat out sleep in.

Kyria was very friendly and the rooms where spacious. The breakfast was lacking. Very bland. And turkey bacon ewe. Other than breakfast I highly recommend this location.

Hampton is a nice place to stay and convenient to family nearby.

The attendants at breakfast were most helpful as I had to check to see if any items were prepared with milk The staff was so friendly and helpful.

The bathroom door did not close all the way unless you slammed the door. Some kind of monitor flashed a blue light all night long on the wall.

The staff

Pool was closed. Exercise room smelled bad and could not work out with the odor. The rooms were outdated. Carpets needed cleaning

Broken, smelly and grungy.

The beds were comfortable

The rooms smelled bad, the carpets were old and dirty, the lighting was poor, the breakfast was not very good and the elevator was questionable. The rooms were missing bedding and pillows for the pull out sofas. When we checked with the front desk they could not provide extra pillows. Overall this hotel needs a lot of work.
