I liked how friendly the staff was. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was exceptional! Also our room was steps from the elevator, and this was important because my husband has back pain when he has to walk a distance.

Not sure if it worth the costs but it was a clean and safe location.

Easy access…safe….close to several restaurants and stores that you might need on a work trip. Quiet location. Front desk staff were both nice upon arrival and checkout.

Bed was poorly made up upon my arrival. The breakfast was not the best compared to some Hampton Inns that I have stayed in.

Clean and staff were friendly

Toilet leaked and ran off and on. AC was loud. Our Room (310) was on backside of elevator and could hear it constantly through the wall.

Nice as most but not great as others

I really liked the ambiance and the cleanliness of the facility. It wasn't overcrowded and very little noise throughout the night. The free continental breakfast was full of variety and everything was fresh. The guy Greg at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. He was there when I checked in the evening I arrived and was there the morning I checked out with a professional demeanor and smile. I appreciated the accessibility of the side door by the elevator where I could easily get to and from my car without having to go all the way to the front entrance that was key card only which made me feel safe along with the visible cameras to ensure my safety.

The two complaints I have would be that the room was clean just not squeaky. There were hairs in the shower and a few hairs on the nightstand and desk. Also, as a tall and curvy woman I would appreciate it, especially for the price, that the bath towels were at least long enough to wrap around my breasts and ass. My entire butt and side was exposed. I'm not necessarily wanting to walk to the soda machine in a towel but without robes if I do choose to run to grab ice in my towel I would hope it would be appropriate and not a show for surveillance and other guests.
