Staff was friendly and helpful.

Only served juice and coffee in the lobby..

Room could have been cleaner and in better shape. Bathroom door know had been kicked in, toilet was loose, floor in bedroom was dirty - walked barefoot and my feet were black with dirt and grime.

1it could have been a great experience I will not stay in it again

No the Bathroom Door was broken,the the refrigerator was frozen and didn't work I had a service dog even she didn't eat her food she didn't eat the weekend and it was trashy all over the place, and the outlets was hanging out of he wall we started in room 17 the location was great they didn't offer any breakfast at all and the in the corner was a broken it did not have plugs it was cut their was no way to plugged to put in the wall, and the ice cooler did not work their was no ice ,I was scared to try the pool and at nite it look like homeless was begging for money,or food and water.if I could have changed my hotel room I would have b• changed hotels but thei was no vacant rooms everywhere was full so i hope this help someone else could not to stay there. Hope you have aa blessed day b |I

our stuff remained safe they have a swimming pool

The room smelled very very bad the floor was dirty pillows were lumpy air conditioning was noisy crime scene nearby with a lot of police blue lights flashing nearby front desk seemed kinda stressed out not enough fresh towels for the room this place was overpriced I would not recommend the Red Roof Inn in Wilmington

Dark and dingy

The front desk staff was nice. The room had a microwave and fridge.

The room was not clean. For example, the couch had these creepy white stains and the AC let off this musty smell that let me know the filter had not been replaces in a long time. "Dark and dingy" would be a good way to describe this place. I will say that this did not seem to be the fault of the cleaning staff, but of the management, who should be replacing old furniture, etc. Other complaints: The wifi didn't work They did not give us conditioner, only shampoo The room was WAY overpriced for what it was.

it was amazing.

I arrived ahead of time and the people at the front desk were very kind and were able to accommodate me in a room. front desk was amazing. I was in town do to a family members funeral while there some friends stopped to say hi briefly. if was safe and very clean.

There was a sour smell of mold from the air conditioner and hair dryer. Broken toilet lid and cigarette burns on the blanket.

The rooms were clean and comfy

That the first night I stayed they didn’t charge me a 100 dollar deposit but when I returned the following night they had charged me a 100 dollar deposit and when I asked for them not to they were rude and I renewed the room the next day and they wouldn’t allow my fiancé to stay in the room till I got off even though I had already paid for it so I had to take time off work and go give them my identification
