Matty the front deak clear is awesome, she was such a help, she deserves a raise!

The air in room 122 will freeze you out, just the way I like it!

The air in room 107 didnt work very well, had to switch rooms.

No way!

Nothing.

There was a rat in my room.only stayed 1 9f the 2 nights I reserved. Told the staff, corporate office, and Booking.com about it, and haven't heard back from them yet. Highly disappointed, and expect a full refund! I have photos, and so does the staff at the hotel.

Cockroaches 🤬🤢

The young lady at the desk was very pleasant.

Apon entering our room it had a musty smell. It was later that night when we arrived. When I turned on the vanity light at the sink a large cockroach went crawling across it. There were also cockroaches in the bathroom. We immediately got our luggage out and went back to the front desk with our concerns. When I told the young lady about the bugs she didn't seemed surprised and we were refunded our money.

I expect more from anything with the Wyndham brand.

It was conveniently located.

The walkways and stairs were dirty! The ceiling paint in the bathroom was peeling and there was a nasty hole that I suppose a ventilation fan had once been in. So there was no ventilation in the bathroom. The mattresses were too soft.

The beds were comfortable.

Curtain rod was broken. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. The ceiling in the bathroom was all chipping. No elevator. The entry door had a big gap in it! Booked well in advance and still could not get the two rooms together. For no smoking rooms, someone has been smoking in there!! The commode also would not flush!! Don't stay here!

Sleepless in Adel, Georgia

The beds were super comfortable. There was shopping and food within walking distance.

My feet turned black from the dirty carpet. The shower head was too low; I'm 5'3" and it was at my shoulders. There was construction going on in the parking lot. The gap at the bottom of the door brought all the sound into the room. The hot water was luke warm; always.

this hotel really needs some maintenance

pet friendly, easy to get to, great staff at front desk. cleaning staff did a good job with what they have to work with

some guests told us how they had to try three rooms because of door problems, toilet problems. we had to move because our door would not fully close and on a side the carpet baseboard was rolling off the wall. people doing car work in front of rooms for drag racing. wouldn’t stay again for sure.

The hotel room was terrible...the coffee maker Did not work..the microwave made a loud noise and the shower when we cut the light on in the bathroom had 2 roaches crawling in the tub..

Right off the highway for our trip it was perfect. safe location. Great hospitable staff.

Bathroom had a lot of soap scum and the shower head was so low I hit my head on it regularly.
