Friendly staff clean room quite please

Room was clean and comfortable. A lot of good space. Bathroom was nice and clean as well.

I arrived late to the property. I was able to check in around 8pm. I went to go grab something to eat for dinner and arrived back at the property right around 1030pm and wanted to get to bed. When I went to back to the room my key didn't work. As I was about to head back to the front desk, a lady(guest) and the front desk worker were walking toward me. She asked if this was my room and I told her yes. My key isn't working. She had a key on her that appeared to be the other guest key. When I went into my room, about 2 minutes later the front desk called and asked me to come down and that we don't have you signed in. When I arrived at the front desk, the issue was resolved. From my observation however, the lady guest must've been assigned my room, went to the room and saw that another person was assigned to their room. It was very disappointing that in a barely 2 hour time frame that my key didn't work, that these issues came up without me not even being at the property and that possibly another guest could've been in my room. I checked to see if anything was stolen and nothing was stolen THANKFULLY!!!

The worst and nastiest hotel i ever stayed at.

I didn’t like nothing at all

They dont change they sheets or pillow cases on they bed and i had stains on the sheet and it was blood stains on my pillow. I switched rooms twice they were both dirty. The other room had dirt all in the tub. They do not clean they rooms

great for the budget but you get what you pay for.

the manager and the night shift guy were great. we lost power and they tried their best to make us comfortable cleanest room for the price that’s for sure

The location was very convenient for our 1 night stay

My bedroom didn't have an actual comforter. When I asked for one there was no staff available to drop it off and I had my newborn with me so it would've been difficult to go get it. The hot water only worked for 13 mns which defeated the point of our stay [ir was supposed to help us be closer to our meeting that morning]. When I mentioned it the front desk staff never even tried to discount our room or anything to make the stay more pleasurable

My daughters door broke, the held my deposit because the kids were loud. and said that was an Incidental fees. I’ll be calling the better business bureau to report them.

The staff, except Dee he explained what was going on. However the insult my intelligence and have not yet called me back. The charger Ed my daughter friends $10 to get in

wee would stay again. overall I would give a B+

liked the room, but the floor was dirty. did not like that the room key continued to expire so often. the room service was excellant. when asked they did mop the floor. did not like the paint fumes when they painted the hallway.

Couldn't sleep well. They had a porno production next door for hours. It was extremely loud. The place reeked of weed smell 🤔
